Enjoyed our ,shortened, stay and will be looking forward to booking again in the future. The only thing we would have liked in the lodge was a small coffee table

Location and facilities in the lodge were great, had everything we needed.
However, the lodge seemed a little run down and although it had been cleaned I think a bit more attention to detail needed especially as advertised as VIP. The oven and windows had not been cleaned, carpets were getting a bit threadbare, odd dining chairs and outside the decking and fence around the hottub could do with painting. Also the fence provided little privacy around the hottub and it felt a bit exposed.
Considering the price paid, especially for a school holiday it still seemed good value for money.

Very spacious & well equipped vip lodge. Lovely location by the marina. Definately recommend & will stay again.
lovely cabin, very well looked after! lovely surroundings & easy to find
Very convenient for trains to London, station within walking distance.
Good base for exploring the Lee Valley Park.
Absolutely stunning location, beautiful views and gorgeous accommodation. We stayed in a VIP lodge with a hot tub and it was just lovely. The garden was private so we weren't overlooked and the accommodation was spacious and immaculate. My only criticism would be that the bar advertised was only in the restaurant and we felt obliged to eat and the site would benefit from a small shop. We will definitely be going back here again very soon!
Myself and 2 adult daughters stayed here for 3 nights and I just wish it could have been longer. Very helpful staff and good value for money.
It is a nice and quite place, hot tube area was private. We all love it
everything was excellent with the stay, hot tub was a nice touch

This attraction is currently under construction but we are looking forward to it opening in early 2011. The philosophy of the Discovery Centre is 'healthy body, healthy mind, healthy planet and aims to change people's attitudes and actions towards our planet. Educational as well as fun there are plenty of activities such as outdoor sport pitches, cycle and walking trails and indoor activity rooms. This is a unique attraction for the whole family.
