Set in tranquil woodland with views across three fishing lakes, these luxury lodges are surrounded by wildlife, cycling and nature trails. The Lincolnshire countryside is beautiful and Skegness, Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes are all within easy reach. Woodhall Spa has two golf courses, supermarkets and a variety of delis, takeaways, restaurants and pubs.

As well as coarse fishing, you can hire bikes and take a ride past beautiful streams and hills - there are plenty of opportunities to spot wildlife as birds, badgers, bats and deer are plentiful. Relax in your own outdoor hot tub, or pop to the Kinema in the Woods at Woodhall Spa, a lovely old-fashioned cinema. Nearby Jubilee Park has an outdoor pool.

Lakeside 3 is a light, airy and spacious modern lodge with lake views. It accommodates up to six people and has a master double bedroom with ensuite and two twins (or one twin and one double). There's a family bathroom with overhead shower, an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area and doors that lead out onto decking with a barbecue and outdoor hot tub.

You could spend a summer's evening canoeing on the River Witham with the friendly crew from Boston Canoe Club, or go riding at Brookhouse Farm Riding School in Louth.

Our Top Tip
"Check out the 28 species of butterflies at Whisby Nature Park or relax in the cosy bar and restaurant at the Ebrington Arms at Kirkby on Bain - the varied menu includes Lincolnshire steaks."

The lodge was spotlessly clean and well prepared.

We could have done with a bit more cutlery and crockery as just 6 of everything was a bit tight.

We had very noisy neighbours for the first few nights and they were out on their balcony at all hours. Fortunately the lodge was so well insulated that you couldnt hear them inside!

The lodge and surroundings are great. The lodge clean and modern and well kept. The only drawn back is the limited WiFi. In this day and age to only get 1 hour and then you have to pay is very poor. People want to be connected and this lets the facilities down. Just allow WiFi to all. No one on holiday is going to be using it 24/7 and downloading huge amounts of data.

Fabulous lodge. Has every facility you would need and is very modern and clean. Beds were comfy. Love the added touch of the board games, and of course the hot tub was our favourite part.

Best holiday we have had. Beautiful placentre lovely lodge with everything you need and great to have hot tub.
Sharon
Very well presented lodge, very cosy and well insulated. Staff were lovely and very helpful. The hot tub was one of the best we have ever had and very well maintained. The park was close to Woodhall Spa which is a lovely little village with lots of lovely independent shops and cafes. The Tea House in the Woods and Kinema in the Woods are must see places. If you are interested in aircraft then the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight are based at RAF Coningsby just down the road. Two Typhoon Squadrons are also based there and you can watch them taking off from the plane spotters car park.

Excellent lodge. Everything there that you needed and more.
Christine
Beautiful lodge - very comfortable and homely. So quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted for an October break. Beds super comfy and a decent size. Lovely touches like containers with tea bags, coffee and sugar and a bottle of milk on arrival meant we didn't have to unpack before having a cuppa!! Will definitely be booking again some time in the future, maybe even next year !!
Tracy
Absolutely stunning location with a beautiful fully equipped lodge all the team there were very friendly and helpful and we had the best relaxing week ever would love to come back xx
Sharon
Amazing 3 nights break, beautiful lodge! And the hot tubs wow! ive booked one for next year cant wait :)
Sarah
Lovely lodges. We had one directly over the lake which had a better location than those on the back row. Lovely lodge with gorgeous big hotub which was covered. Would stay again.
