"The chair was broken but was quickly changed."
Lindsey - Aug 2020
"We enjoyed our stay very much, its a beautiful part of the country.

We have booked a caravan for next year"
Hilary - Aug 2020
"Amazing!! We cant wait to return"
Charlotte - Aug 2020
"Beautiful bungalow, we loved the modern decoration and were extremely comfortable. We hope to stay again in the future. The only small gripe we had was there was quite a lot of dog hair on the floor, which we probably would not have noticed if we didnt have a baby and a toddler. However, someone with allergies could have had their stay ruined by this."
Tracey - Jul 2020
"Had a lovely 2 Bed chalet, newly refurbished. A nice base to lay your head. Not ideal if you are tall as the bed is quite short and low to the floor, the bath is very small too but as a short person I was very happy with this place! Nice pub overlooking the boats, and has lovely local walks. Not far from the coast."
Kerri - Jul 2020
"absolutely excellent, nice small clean site, great caravan, excellent weather ,Whats not to like?"
Colin - Jul 2020
"Perfect UK pet-friendly break away!"
Carolyn - Jul 2020
"We have been coming for about 8 years and I think the site is to big now with lodges and caravans added. We remember when the site was smaller. But will probably come back"
Paul - Mar 2020
"We had a wonderful time all was good"
Marion - Mar 2020
"A super space to enjoy and relax in."
Sue - Jan 2020
"Very clean and tidy. Idea place as a base and to chill out."
Michelle - Dec 2019
"Lovely park, not very big. Accommodation was beautiful and really nice location. Only negative is that there is no shop and the nearest shop is a 15/20 minute walk or 10 minute drive. Would be perfect if there was a small shop on site. But overall we had a great stay, nice swimming pool, friendly staff and lovely accommodation."
Julie - Nov 2019
"Great accommodation with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Only downside was that the patio area needed a good clean.
Restaurant was NOT dog friendly so had to eat our meal outside and weather was quite cold & windy. To improve this maybe designate an indoor area for owners and their pets."
Wendy - Oct 2019
"Very nice quiet relaxing holiday"
Trevor - Oct 2019
"Poor furnishings at the one we were in"
Susan - Oct 2019
"Ideal for people who appreciate our quieter areas, but also has easy access to busier places. You get the best if both worlds."
Marian - Oct 2019
"Simply marvelous "
Kevin - Oct 2019
"Lovely place to stay. Dog friendly lots walking places.walking distance to pubs few shops takeaways and lovely Park and marina."
Jayne - Oct 2019
"Very enjoyable holiday, will return."
Gwen - Oct 2019
"Had a wonderful relaxing break"
Susan - Sep 2019
"Bungalow was great. Updated bathroom was lovely to see, just a pity that the showerhead was very poor. A notice asking clients to make sure that all shower curtains are drained in the bath and not on the floor might be good."
Rita - Sep 2019
"Lovely weekend, beautiful weather, beautiful area!"
Nicola - Sep 2019
"Great caravan , well equipped, everything provided for a very enjoyable stay. Just a slight issue regarding cleanliness on arrival, found some crisps under the sofa."
Gary - Sep 2019
"A thoroughly enjoyable stay."
Diane - Sep 2019
"The staff are so friendly, and make you welcome."
Dean - Sep 2019

Attractions Near Broadlands Park and Marina

Here are some of the activities and experiences you can enjoy on your visit to Broadlands Park and Marina. If you discover a worthy inclusion to this list on your hot tub break, please let us know and we'll add it so that other visitors can enjoy it too.
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park - NR32 4TZ
about 2 Miles
Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is an amazing 50 acres area of stunning coastal parkland and is packed with family friendly rides and attractions. This park is an excellent choice for families with children of varied ages as there are a number of small rides for the little ones as well as some adrenaline boosting white knuckle rides for teenagers. As well as rides the site hosts some fantastic shows including the ever popular Sea Lion and Parrot encounters. At Halloween, Christmas and Easter other themed shows can also be enjoyed.  The site also has a good range of places to eat and drink whether you are looking to spend a leisurely hour relaxing with a meal or just grab a quick snack.
Africa Alive - NR33 7TF
about 3 Miles
Africa Alive is one of Suffolk's largest attractions and one of the most popular in the whole of the UK.  The Africa themed park is very unique and gives visitors the chance to see some amazing creatures in a habitat which is as close to nature as possible. The park can be explored by car and on foot and Hyenas and Giraffes are just some of the animals you will encounter as you make your way around the park. Watch out for the lightning fast Cheetahs and keep your eyes peeled to spot the more reclusive creatures. During a day at Africa Alive there will be plenty of shows and educational talks taking place and if the weather turns then the indoor Adventure Play Ground comes in very handy. The site also has a well stocked Gift Shop and a Discovery Centre.
Bewilderwood - NR12 8JW
about 19 Miles
Bewilderwood is a fun day out for the whole family located in the Wroxham area of Norfolk.  This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. You can even book your ticket online and beat the queues by visiting their website where you can also view video clips of the park. This place is also the setting for the book 'A Boggle at BeWILDerwood', by local children's author Tom Blofeld.  Parents are not left out either as you're encouraged to take part and play alongside your children.
Banham Zoo - NR16 2HE
about 28 Miles
This award winning wildlife attraction has much to offer both families and couples looking for a fun and educational day out.  You can discover a whole wild world of animals with over 1000 different animals from around the world. You will probably want to try and spend the whole day here so you don's miss out on anything.  Highlights include the amazing animals presentation, the birds of prey display and the feeding talks, all of which take place at set times of the day.  This attraction is fantastic value for money and highly recommended.  Their latest event is the Snow Leopard Club Naming Auction and there has recently been a baby giraffe born at the zoo.
Dinosaur Adventure Park - NR9 5JW
about 29 Miles
This fun family day out has been well planned and we think is certainly worth a visit.  New for 2010 is the PrimEvil at Dinosaur Adventure.  Other fun activities include the Dinosaur Trail, Arachnophobia, the Raptor Races and the adventure play area.  The secret animal garden is also popular.  You can play a role in wildlife conservation and sponsor an animal if you wish.  At the moment if you sign up for their newsletter there is a chance to win a family ticket.
Suffolk Owl Sanctuary - IP28 6HX
about 30 Miles
This amazing owl sanctuary located in the Stowmarket area of Suffolk should be high on your list of places to visit in the area.  The attraction is also a registered charity and carries out important work in the care & rehabilitation of owls from the region.  The sanctuary also raises awareness of owl conservation throughout the UK.  Between April and the end of September there are two superb flying displays each day so you should try and make your visit coincide with one of these displays if you can.
Melsop Farm Park - NR20 3DT
about 33 Miles
We love this attraction in Scoulton, Norfolk with a great collection of animals.  Children and adults alike have the chance to get hands on with the animals in the special handling areas.  On rainy days there is always the indoor play area for the little ones and when it's time for a bite to eat the cafe on the farm is open all day selling drinks and snacks.  Hot food is available over lunch times.
Sheringham Park - NR26 8TL
about 38 Miles
The National Trust Sheringham Park in Norfolk was designed by Humphry Repton and the book of original designs can still be seen. The park has many attractions including a viewing tower and a gazebo with amazing coastal views, wildlife trails which young children will love and an exhibition barn where visitors can learn the history of the park.
