Brilliant lodge - all mod cons and LOADS of storage space along with walk in dressing rooms and en suite for both bedrooms. The main bathroom has access from the hallway aswell as the twin bedroom. Full size deep bath, not the shallow eco one's hotels have. Lovely surroundings, excellent customer service. We stayed in a superior lodge with 2 bedrooms plus our own hot tub. It is a little Eden. Some work still being done since the new owners have taken it on board but it's not obtrusive and doesn't detract from the place in any way. Would buy a lodge there if I could. We will definitely go back there.
We all loved the lodge and will be booking again
Date of stay: 14th August 2017
Accommodation type: Classic 2
Mixed feelings about here, we really enjoyed the break and caravan itself was well sized, we feel it hadn't been cleaned as well as it could. There were sanitary items in the bathroom bin without a bag which we gave the bin to the site office and it never came back. The living area floor was covered in hairs, not sure if human or animal. We had to keep topping up the Spa Bath as when we came to use it it was usually too low and very frothy which we had to keep cleaning off. The park itself was very quiet and the chance to sit out in the stars in the spa at night was superb. We had a relaxing time but could have been just that little bit cleaner. The guy in the site office was really friendly. I would certainly return here as nice and local for Bridlington.
Not what we expected but still a nice place
The lodge was very clean and tidy. A few minor DIY issues such as the bathroom door sticking each time it was closed so we had to leave it open which wasn't ideal when a group of 6 people were sharing the lodge. Also, The oven wasn't fabulous and took us ages to properly cook things, however we happily smacked until food was ready, the second night this issue was resolved by putting the gas oven on in advance of us wanting to cook our meals.
Excellent but expensive.
Lodge great but hot tub a little small.
The only downside to the Lodge was that the hot tub wasn't big enough for 6 people. However, we had a lovely long-weekend break overall.
The staff at little Eden were more than helpful during our stay they could not do enough for us, very friendly and helpful! The lodge was extremely clean and comfortable. The hot tub was clean and perfect in the evenings to relax! We loved it that much we have booked to stay again later this year!
Excellent would definitely return

Betton Farm Visitor Centre is the ideal attraction close to the North Yorkshire coastal town of Scarborough. This animal farm has all the cute farm animals you would expect to see and will appeal to younger children especially. A great place to both play and learn we think the Betton Farm Visitor centre is great value for money. Check out their website for the latest opening times and admission costs. Some of the highlights of the day might include meeting Sofie the Shetland Pony and Henry the goat, as well as the pot bellied pigs called Porky and Hammy.
If you are enjoying a lodge break in the Yorkshire Moors and Coast then a day trip to the Scarborough Sea Life and Marine Sanctuary highly recommended. This centre is one of the regions most popular attractions and is educational as well as fun. Visitors will enjoy a journey beneath the waves, meeting many strange, beautiful and fascinating creatures of the deep. As well as mighty sharks and beautiful rays guests can get up close to some more common creatures including star fish and can also meet the otters, seals and penguins at feeding time. The site also has children's play area and picnic tables as well as a restaurant and souvenir shop. Family tickets cost £46.80 but the Tourist Information Centres in Scarborough, Whitby or Filey often offer fantastic discounts.
Located in the Scalby Mills area of Scarborough this makes a fun family day out for those who are interested in marine life. The fantastic ocean tank is well worth seeing - it's been transformed into a Turtle Reef and you can see an amazing array of colourful reef fish and coral. You may also catch a glimpse of the tropical sharks and turtles. Offering good value for money this is a day out with a difference and an all weather attraction.
This attraction is ideal for sunny days as the beautiful park is ideal for wandering out and taking in the scenery. You can hire boats including rowing boats and canoes to enjoy the views from the water. The pedalos with the dragon heads are always a popular choice too. Look out for special events including the Battle of Peasholm Park Naval Battle which has been described as a "must see". You can also take a ride on the North Bay Railway which will delight children.
