My husband treated me to a weekend here as a surprise and i was over the moon. I dont think i have ever stayed anywhere this luxurious and having our own hot tub was amazing. The health club and swimming pool were spotless and always quiet and the resteraunt food was out of this world. Cant wait to go back.

Our first time to Scotland and our first time staying in a lodge. what an amazing experience! The lodge was nicer than i ever could have imagined it even had a hot tub which was a lovely surprise. My husband is outdoorsey and enjoyed fishing on the loch and a round of golf. While he did that i chilled out in the pool and spa.
We never went far from the site as it had everything we needed. The conservatory served some of the best food we have had anywhere the grilled lamb cutlets were to die for.
Piper dam is one of the best places in Scotland to go and
stay for a short time but the food is so good you will never beat it and the view is so nice might not leave
But the rainbow plus six lodge is big in side it has a
tv kitchen shower and more plus a hot tub for you to sit in
go and try Shotting range quads archery play park pool gym
driving range tennis golf club/pro shop weddings/&functions
i will be back.
Date of stay: 28th July 2017
Accommodation type: Byron Lodge
All things considered the holiday was excellent
Lovely place great time
Piperdam is a very short drive to Dundee city centre, cooperative petrol station close by and also an Asda. My husband and I had a great time and also our little dog enjoyed the walks, a lovely country park called Camperdoon also close by. The pub has lovely comfy seats and good atmosphere, best service I've ever had in a pub, don't even have to go to bar for a drink as the staff get it for u. Also went to quiz night in the complex which was a good laugh. I would definitely go back and maybe try one of the bigger lodges with a larger group. No complaints at all.
Superb Lodge finished off with Sauna and Hot Tub
Superb all round.

We stayed in an Eagle Executive with 9 adults and two young children, age range 10months to 83years for a 60th birthday bash. The lodge itself was lovely, well stocked and spacious - we didn't feel on top of each other. The sauna was a great addition to your usual lodge holiday.
Despite the lodges being close together and full of Hen Parties and Wedding guests, the tree coverage made it feel quite private and cut the noise levels.
There were a couple of issues such as a broken bathroom door handle and a loose dishwasher door but the staff were very helpful and popped in to fix the handle straight a way.
We used the swimming pool, restaurant and bar facilities which were all fantastic. The food was lovely and the menu had a variety to keep all ages happy, they even heated up the baby food with no problems.
We had a look at the other sports facilities which looked great (but none of us are very sporty!)
The only issues we had were that the grounds were strewn with litter - we had to pick up lots of items before the birthday girl arrived. The gardens could have been tended better and you have to walk across the busy car park to get to the main reception area as no path is provided. The path to the other activity centre also looked very unkempt and uneven. The children's play area was quite limited and clearly quite old.
Despite all this we still all had a lovely time together in the lodge and Dundee is very close by with lots of things to see and do. I would recommend.
Beautiful lodge with hot tub and sauna.
Was a great holiday! only downside being for the amount of money your paying you would expect the small things like washing up liquid, shower gel, pot scourers etc to be included and not have to buy your own AFTER discovering you can't wash the dishes or yourself! the other downside is that we tried to go for a bike ride later on in the day only to be told that bikes have to be taken out first thing in the morning. other than that we would still go back as it was a lovely lodge and great location!
Lodge was amazing. Few minor issues on arrival with bin lid being broken and shower door hanging off. However staff sorted the shower door really quickly and noted issue with bin. Everything we needed was there and the lodge was comfortable and stylish.
Lodge was fantastic. The activities team were great. The roads need resurfaced ! Lets the place down.
Also a pity that the steam room and sauna were closed for refurbishment - 8 weeks at the height of season is not good
Piperdam is great for just getting away . Did feel lodge needed a refresh as sofas were past there best . everything else was fantastic . hot tub sauna amazing and you do have that tranquility feeling . it can be an activity holiday or just a relaxing one .
Excellent holiday, hot tub is a treat.
A pleasant place to stay with staff who were friendly polite and very helpful
The Raeburn lodge was very nice, although there were a few finishing touches still required.
Section of the flooring not laid correctly therefore posing a trip hazard next to the dining table. Mirrors out with the bathrooms. hooks wall mounted in both bathrooms for towels.
It was a great holiday. The cabins we very nice and the pool, restaurants etc were all really good. It's a shame the pool didn't have a shallow end though for the kids.
Me and my husband came for our anniversary. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Fantastic lodges, private and romantic. Beautiful surroundings. All staff are very helpful and polite, they make you feel really welcome. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again.
Was good relaxing holiday
Great peaceful holiday at Piperdam, our second visit this year and will definitely be back again.
