Site was small and clean - ideal for a couple - especially out of school holidays. Our cabin was up to the minute with lots of comfort. Great sized verander and charming views across the valley. Lots of things included like towels, extra pillows and linen. Nice little touches added including a "welcome pack" of teas and coffees, soaps, shower gel etc - just in case you didn't pack them! The only downside was having to wait until after 4pm to gain access - but it's only a little niggle!

Loved the lodge, just home from home comfort, everything at hand if we stayed in and wanted to cook ourselves .

Our holiday home was very nicely furnished and comfortable, the only down side was the beds the main beds was small and very lumpy and the twin beds were only really for children, the nobs on the gas stove were lose's, you had to be careful you did not turn them on if you bushed against them. The Hot Tub was great really made the holiday.

So glad to have been back in no12 ! Love this lodge as it has everything! ( so glad it has a dishwasher!) It's cosy, tastefully furnished, warm and spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. And the hot tub of course made it special!
Dominique
Wonderful holiday in wonderful surroundings. Lodge was clean, very big and comfortable. Loved the hottub but would have liked it if it was a bit bigger but that is the only complaint. Will be returning.
John
Had a lovely time , plenty of good walks, pubs with good food.
Stella
Fabulous lodge. Fully equipped and spotless. Quiet and peaceful holiday park. Very convenient for touring the area. This was our second visit and will definitely go again.
Julia
accommodation was beautiful and as the site is less than a mile from Tintagel, shops and food providers although useful were not necessary
Peter
Good location with easy access to walking routes. Site well maintained and attractive. Awkward exit if travelling north from site due to limited view is only negative.
Michael
We know the north side of Cornwall well, but never stayed in Tintagel. Great location, obviously beautiful views, great beaches and lots of the usual sights to see. Lots of great places to eat for lunch and evening meals nearby.
Joanne
lovely location and accommodation.
Nicola
Lovely relaxing holiday loved every minute of it !!!
Brian
We keep going back because we like it there.

Fun Days Out near Bossiney Bay

Tintagel Castle - about 0 Miles
Tintagel Castle is one of the most iconic landmarks in Cornwall and is an excellent place for a family day out. Situated on the stunning Cornish Coast the Castle has a mystical and magical presence and is steeped in historical importance. Indeed the Legend of King Arthur was born right here. The Castle and grounds also provide a home for many species of wildlife as well as some amazing flora and fauna. The site also has a small visitor's centre with souvenir shop and a wonderful Beach Café.
Trethorne Leisure Park - about 14 Miles
Trethrone Leisure Park in Cornwall is a popular choice for a family day out and offers an excellent programme of activities for children all year round. The park has a farm area where younger kids will love feeding the lambs and other friendly animals. Pony rides, a large play area, ball pool; trampolines and crazy golf are also available.
Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre offers a day full of action and adventure for all the family come rain or shine. If the weather is good then children can take advantage of the vast open space to run around and play, enjoy pony rides, train rides, trampolines and Go-Karts and explore the nature trails. If the weather is not on your side then the huge play barn is the place to head and as climbing frames, slides, ball pool and rope swings as well as a baby and toddler area.
The Eden Project - about 21 Miles
The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).
