John
Super accommodation not sure about the surrounding area, weather was mixed and everywhere we went was very busy and expensive.
Michael

Haydn
Second year running (same first week of September) at the site, this year lodge with hot tub (wife delighted with hot tub used every day), already looking to book again for next year, hence this shows our happiness with both the lodges, site and surrounding area's. North Cornwall is beautiful and this is an ideal base to stay and travel from. Lodges are clean on arrival and very well equipped and comfortable, we take our little dog with us. Staff on site are very friendly and helpful, as are the locals in the shops, cafe's and restaurants.
Gayle
We really enjoyed our holiday, and only wished we could stay longer! The location was perfect to explore the area, even though a car is definitely needed. The lodge was comfortable and clean, with everything to hand, but the kids bedroom is rather small. All in all, we will definitely book again in the future.
Sharon
Very relaxing every thing would could want from a holiday home in a great location

Fun Days Out near Bossiney Bay

Tintagel Castle - about 0 Miles
Tintagel Castle is one of the most iconic landmarks in Cornwall and is an excellent place for a family day out. Situated on the stunning Cornish Coast the Castle has a mystical and magical presence and is steeped in historical importance. Indeed the Legend of King Arthur was born right here. The Castle and grounds also provide a home for many species of wildlife as well as some amazing flora and fauna. The site also has a small visitor's centre with souvenir shop and a wonderful Beach Café.
Trethorne Leisure Park - about 14 Miles
Trethrone Leisure Park in Cornwall is a popular choice for a family day out and offers an excellent programme of activities for children all year round. The park has a farm area where younger kids will love feeding the lambs and other friendly animals. Pony rides, a large play area, ball pool; trampolines and crazy golf are also available.
Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre offers a day full of action and adventure for all the family come rain or shine. If the weather is good then children can take advantage of the vast open space to run around and play, enjoy pony rides, train rides, trampolines and Go-Karts and explore the nature trails. If the weather is not on your side then the huge play barn is the place to head and as climbing frames, slides, ball pool and rope swings as well as a baby and toddler area.
The Eden Project - about 21 Miles
The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples.  From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction.  All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe.  Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit.  Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).
