Green Acres Cottages Reviews

"Lovely spacious cottage. We stayed in number 10 "Willow", and for the price we paid for a last minute January break, we were blown away by how large the cottage was. It was immaculate too, and the swimming pool was a lovely added extra."
Nicola - Feb 2022
"The cottage was BEAUTIFUL, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a fantastic holiday and we will be re booking to stay at Greenacres very soon. 10 out of 10. FABULOUS."
Carole - Jan 2022

Trevor - Jan 2019
"Loved it here, it was quiet (what we wanted) to a high standard, easy to find, pool was warm and clean"
Catherine - Dec 2018
"We went to green acres as a last minute break because it was close to a couple of places that we wanted to go to and we were very impressed with the overal site that the cottages are on. The swimming pool was very clean and the children's play area was nice. We were also impressed with how clean the cottage was when we got there. If the washing facilities were cheaper or free we would have used them so we didn't have to take dirty clothes home to make it easier when we got there."
Mitchell - Nov 2017
"Definitely would stay again."
Sarah - Oct 2017
"Just great, will be back. We had everything we needed and would have hoped for"

"Wife loved it, she took 1 tour of the cottage and said book it again.

In the words of Arnie - We will be back."
Chris - Jan 2017
"A lovely cottage in a great area with a great swimming pool... The only downside would be although kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, the windows needed a good clean and the headboards were dusty (only little things). And maybe leave a dishcloth and washing up liquid with the teatowels etc. They were lovely peaceful cottages, with very modern kitchen and bathroom I would recommend these cottages."
Kayleigh - May 2016
"great cottage - great location - very clean - just perfect"
Stephanie - Mar 2016
"only bad point is its too hot."
Stephen - Oct 2015
"Had another fantastic holiday at Green Acres!! Only a little bit of feedback wasn't quite as clean when arrived as last time, and couple of facilities need update."
Helen - Aug 2015
"I would definitely recommend these cottages."
Verified Guest - May 2015
"Beautiful cottage and surroundings. Fabulous swimming pool, though would have preferred to have immediate and direct contact with staff when we required to speak to someone. Thoroughly enjoyed our Spring break."
Christine - Apr 2015
"This was the 2nd time staying at greenacre cottages. The accommodation was excellent very comfortable we had a relaxing holiday with a 5 and 2 year old. The only gripe was the temperature of the indoor pool. The first time we stayed it was cold and we were told that the boiler had broken down fare enough. But this last time it was cold as well. With young children keen to use the pool it was the only let down. Looking at the comments book in reception it was the coma theme."
Colin - Feb 2015
"Great accommodation and facility."
Binod - Feb 2015
"Stayed here about 6 years ago we liked it so much that when we where looking for somewhere to stay in October 2014 we did not hesitate to book again. Over all the accommodation is excellent, fixtures and fitting's are to a high standard and it was very clean. Free Wi-Fi is included as well as everything else you would need to enjoy your holiday, you can even buy logs for a small charge for the woodburner if it gets cold."
Philip - Oct 2014
"beautiful and clean. Very comfortable. In lovely setting."
Trudy - Aug 2014
"The bed is not comfortable"
Maria - Aug 2014
"Lovely small complex of cottages in gorgeous surroundings and good position to get out and about. Cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool and we had Laburnum 5 which had a hot tub which was very private. Definitely recommended 10/10. If you have small kids ask for one with a garden so they can play out safely. Also the views are amazing."
Joanne - May 2014
"Couldn't fault the accommodation. Very combatable and clean."
Lesley - Apr 2014
"Nice to stay in somewhere that is as good as your own home. Would recommend."
Susan - Mar 2014
"Great value cottage absolutely state of the art comfort. Only did not have any washing up liquid or cleaning sponges for the glass which they insisted were to be done by hand."
Alok - Feb 2014
"Amazing cottage in a beautiful area. Outstanding views from the cottage and grounds. Would go back again"
Michael - Jan 1970
"Everything was spotless and faultless"
