Carne cabin is an ideal hideaway for a couple , Being an open plan living & sleeping area it could prove a little cramped after a week tho. All in all its a superb little unit with a great hot tub. We stayed in unit C5 next to reception & i can honestly say there was no noise or disturbance at all so dont be put off by the location . The designated car parking for the unit is immediately in front of the building & very safe. This unit is the one with least steps to the car. But i would say not suitable for disabled customers as the steps are curved & can be very slippery from the tree sap. Its a peaceful site & ideal for dog walkers. The staff are great & the unit is very well furnished.

Will definitely be back to T1 as it was the most secluded with the best views. Will probably bring friends as there is a 2nd bedroom with en suite and plenty of space downstairs. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub although there could be more lighting nearby. Highly sensitive smoke alarms too, but it could've been my cooking skills...or lack thereof! Made full use of the facilities including the washing machine and Monopoly on a rainy afternoon. Leather sofas are a bit cold, I'd take a throw next time. Lovely relaxing break.

I would recommend Croft lodge plus. Hot tub was lovely every evening. It was a little slippery in places would recommend sensible shoes. The Bathroom is lovely and spacious. All round lovely holiday.

We have just spent a lovely week at Leycroft Valley . The staff were great & the accomodation spotless. The only downside for us personally is we are used to staying within a few mins walk of the beach & able to walk everywhere & take a break from driving .I found the lane leading to leycroft Valley was a bit challenging ( only single track ). Its a lovely peaceful location & one for couples especially with dogs. The area is very secluded . I would not recommend it for families with small children as there is limited space to walk along the lane with a pushchair safely. Also a fenced but large pond on site which would be a possible safety issue. As i was not keen on driving through the very narrow lane , I did find a local taxi service that also allows dogs to travel & at a very reasonable fare , it also allowed me to go into Perranporth without additional parking fees. I cannot fault the accommodation or staff & there was everything needed in the way of equipment to prepare meals etc... But from personal choice we will probably be closer to the beach on our next holiday - although i will miss the luxury of a hot tub
