There's something for the whole family at Beverley Park, with its excellent facilities that include two large swimming pools and several children's play areas. There are two distinctly different developments here - the lively Beverley Park and the more secluded Meadowside.

As well as the indoor and outdoor heated pools, Beverley Park also has a sauna, steam room, gym and therapy room. The Starlight Cabaret Bar provides great evening entertainment and there's a restaurant, café, takeaway, shop and off-licence. Crazy golf and tennis are also on offer.

There's a choice of lodges or caravans - we really like the magnificent Heron Lodge. Spacious enough for six, it has a Wii games console, iPod docking station and WiFi access, as well as a decking area with private hot tub and patio furniture.

Goodrington Sands at Paignton is less than a mile away; with ample parking, it's a lovely beach and excellent for swimming. Or you could head to Torquay for a visit to Bygones, where you can see more than 20 life-sized Victorian shops and a working model railway.

Our Top Tip
"There are lots of sports and activities in the area, such as horse riding at Dartmoor and white water rafting at Ashburton."

lovely hot tub and the caravan was fine except that the 3rd bedroom was TINY. It wasn't really suitable for adult use and should be advertised as a child's room.

only fault we had was a six berth caravan with a fridge big enough two people. couldnt fit 4 pints of milk or even two pints would not fit. we had to swap sald shelf and stand milk in the salad box. its the only fault i found.... Restaurant..... bit more choice in food and we had the two steak offer for 20.00 wasnt asked if we wanted salad dressing sprinkled over the bit of salad as we did like that the coleslaw was not not liked by two of us but we had no choice. i just left mine on plate. if people were asked could of saved you some money and not wasted. burgers on a sunday funny compo. nothing for people with coeliac need more choice but thats not just you thats pubs and restaurants, will be back soon

Van was clean and tidy. All the vans were positioned so you didn't feel overlooked or in rows as so many parks.

The caravan was lovely and luxurious. It was brand new for 2017 and didn't look as if it had been used much. It was spotlessly clean inside and outside. The grass and paths around it were well maintained. There was a hot tub situated on the decking and people came around every day to maintain it. There was also a gate on the decking which would make it very safe for young children- as long as the hot tub cover was on! The master bedroom with the en suite toilet was very spacious and it was a real bonus having two toilets among four adults.
The other two bedrooms were very cramped and while they may have been fine for children, they really weren't suitable for two adults to share. As a result of this, the pull out bed in the lounge area had to be put into use. The lounge area was huge and perhaps space could have been taken from here and the master bedroom to make the other bedrooms bigger or the smallest bedroom could have been a one bed room. Also the door to the smallest bedroom didn't close properly.
There is nowhere to hang wet jackets. There is a big cupboard in the hall where the boiler is stored and it would have been very useful if there had been hooks to hang up jackets here.
With a few adaptations this caravan would be perfect. However it is great in so many other ways and I would certainly book it again.

Lovely modern caravan. Smaller than we've had on other sites in the past. DVD player was missing on arrival but quickly sorted.

Where there is an option of an upgrade I think this should be offered to customers- caravans with hot tubs by our site going empty as the park was quiet!

Spacious living area, all mod cons, even central heating for those cold mornings! The 2nd twin room was very small - would be best suited to young children and not teenagers.
Great holiday kids loved the outdoor pool and staff were very helpful and friendly
Brilliant, enjoyed a peaceful 2 weeks stay, no problems!
great staff, great site, brilliant manager who always goes that extra mile will be back
Loved it. Caravan was very clean and such nice bedding makes a massive difference. We struggled to get wifi or phone coverage in our caravan and therefore unable to pay for it either but this was actually nice as we could not have that as a distraction. Did not use indoor pool however it did look very small and had no slides etc which would have been great. Was great that it was no pets too.
A great family park clean and tidy, staff were very helpful and friendly, the entertainment team were brilliant and when the sun shines the outdoor pool is the place to be
Absolutely love this place had 2 fab holidays
Nice site have been before. The entertainment in the club was lousy compared to last time we came. The live band they used to have was very entertaining.
We simply loved our holiday and we're very impressed with the site.
Nice clean site with very friendly staff apart from the counter staff in the upstairs eatery who couldn't even take an order for two burgers correctly. She stated that I only ordered one!!
just a wonderful time with the grand kids would do it again and again lots to do and loads to see
