These spacious holiday cottages are just a few hundred yards from the Blue Flag beach and 500 acre nature reserve at Dawlish Warren. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings or explore the stunning Jurassic coastline with its bays, coves and beaches. Exeter Cathedral and the spectacular landscape of Dartmoor and Exmoor National Park are within easy reach.

With an outdoor heated swimming pool, children's play areas and an excellent restaurant, you won't have to travel far to have fun. You can also enjoy the facilities at Ladys Mile, where there are two more pools, a bowling alley, gym, sauna and games arcade. Dawlish Warren is a popular seaside resort and has funfair rides, adventure golf and gift shops.

The cottages are set over two storeys, all with outdoor hot tubs. Mews Cottage 7 has a double bedroom, one bedroom with bunks and one with three single beds. There's a spacious lounge/diner with a lovely large modern kitchen area, fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer, and a good sized outdoor seating area.

South Devon is a wonderful county for getting active outdoors - go riding in the spectacular Teign Valley or try your hand at the climbing wall at Dartrock in Buckfastleigh.

Our Top Tip
"There are plenty of places to walk and cycle - take in the sea views at the Dart Estuary and explore Dartmouth, one of Devon's prettiest towns, with its lively harbour, bars and pubs."

Dripping kitchen tap the entire week which was not fixed as the part had been on order prior to our arrival. Smoke alarm activating - again maintenance were aware but had not been sorted so had to be deactivated.

Overall very pleased. There was very limited reception cover so was difficult to obtain any help. There was no dishwasher tabs provided. Hot tub was checked daily but the insides felt like they needed a good clean. Actual cottage was very spacious. Could do with a few mirrors upstairs. The shower flooded the bathroom and there were no bath mats so had to use towels to mop up the floor.

We loved the cottage and would definitely stay there again. It had everything we needed and more. There was a few things like a broken draw but it didn't effect us in the slightest and I would definitely not mark it down on that...brilliant get place to get away oh and not forgetting the hot tub which was maintained daily.
Lovely clean cottage, with all that you need. Hot tub was amazing & not dirty as read in other reviews. Confused at arrival and as it was below 5 oC was slightly annoyed (but staff at lady’s mike & security staff helpful and polite) will be going again !
Had a lovely relaxing weekend. The holiday park was quiet, house was comfortable and hot tub was great.
The accomodation was clean and tidy. Hidden away from any noise. Would have been perfect but we didn't feel we could use the hot tub as it was situed at the front of the property. So the neighbouring properties access was to walk by.
Beautiful house in excellent location. Got there Friday after 5 so didn’t see any staff but keys were left out as agreed and the house was brilliant, have already booked to go back
Lovely clean cottage..very spacious..gorgeous hot- tub
Excellent pet friendly accommodation
cottage was brillant very clean and tidy . the hot tub was quite overlooked.
It was a lovely cottage and very clean and the holiday park was quiet and relaxing.
Overall we were very pleasantly surprised by the accommodation having read some less complimentary reviews. The cottage was very spacious for a family of 4 and one dog. Everything was very clean on arrival and we managed to get in slightly earlier than 4pm. The kitchen is very spacious with a small table and chairs and had everything you could possibly need whilst on holiday. A washing machine would be an added bonus but you can't have everything and you are on holiday after all! The dining room didn't get used at all. The hot tub was lovely and really made the holiday for the kids who were in it twice a day. Luckily the weather wasn't too hot whilst we were there as I can imagine it would be very noisy to have the windows open at night due to the road noise and the velux windows in one bedroom and bathroom couldn't be opened. The bus stops right outside the back yard every 20 mins or so so be prepared to wave at the people on the top deck! The hot tub is behind a screen though so no problem. Just a short walk down the hill to the beach, shops etc and a very good pub just across the road. Overall I would highly recommend.
The cottage is amazing. Located near to the beach and amenities. Lady's mile is a short walk where there is lots going on. Outdoor pool was lovely, of not open make a call and they open it.
