We had to carry all our Christmas gifts and food from the car park at the entrance, would have much more convenient for us to have been able to park outside the lodge but the side gate was locked.

Dripping kitchen tap the entire week which was not fixed as the part had been on order prior to our arrival. Smoke alarm activating - again maintenance were aware but had not been sorted so had to be deactivated.

Overall very pleased. There was very limited reception cover so was difficult to obtain any help. There was no dishwasher tabs provided. Hot tub was checked daily but the insides felt like they needed a good clean. Actual cottage was very spacious. Could do with a few mirrors upstairs. The shower flooded the bathroom and there were no bath mats so had to use towels to mop up the floor.

The cottage was very clean on arrival, we were amazed at how spacious the cottage was, plenty of room for the family and the dogs.

A very well presented cottage with all the facilities and equipment we needed. Easy walk to the beach. A real treat to have a hot tub!
Couldn't review helpfulness of staff as didn't see one member of staff on site. Picked the key up from reception after a friendly holiday guest told us where to go. Didn't cause any problems, so no complaints.
Very nice accommodation, well maintained, comfortable and located close to all local amenities
Lovely clean cottage, with all that you need. Hot tub was amazing & not dirty as read in other reviews. Confused at arrival and as it was below 5 oC was slightly annoyed (but staff at lady’s mike & security staff helpful and polite) will be going again !
Had a lovely relaxing weekend. The holiday park was quiet, house was comfortable and hot tub was great.
The accomodation was clean and tidy. Hidden away from any noise. Would have been perfect but we didn't feel we could use the hot tub as it was situed at the front of the property. So the neighbouring properties access was to walk by.
Beautiful house in excellent location. Got there Friday after 5 so didn’t see any staff but keys were left out as agreed and the house was brilliant, have already booked to go back
Lovely clean cottage..very spacious..gorgeous hot- tub
Excellent pet friendly accommodation
