Talacre Beach Reviews

Joanne and Ian Young
For our first time to Wales this park was a great choice. Everything seemd really well looked after and clean. The pool area especially was lovely and we used it daily. The family room is a great ideal, somewhere relaxed for families to eat and drink close to the pool. We booked the Fir Tree cottage which was just a nice size for our family of 4 and had a little garden where the girls could play out while we had a drink on the patio. The hot tub was a real bonus.

Good if you like traditional holiday parks. The most "upmarket" one we have stayed at. Entertainment fab and lodges really well presented. Well worth the money.

Very nice but the problem with the light and the rude receptionist spoiled it, I had to keep my cool so it didn't spoil the holiday!

We had a fantastic holiday at Talacre Beach. The location is perfect, close to the beach, local restaurants and shops and plenty of onsite entertainment! Our kids loved every moment.
Jennifer
I have booked a holiday at Talacre Beach a number of times, and each time have enjoyed the break. The only downside I found this time was the male reception staff on the Sunday when my son went to hand the keys back, left him standing there waiting until the female reception lady was off of the phone. I found this to be extremely rude and ignorant on their behalf. I also found that some of the bins were beyond overflowing which resulted in rubbish being thrown on the floor around the bins on the beach
Claire
Very nice, the caravan was nice, very pleased with the complimentary coffee, toiletries and gift pack, a nice touch. The only thing our light in the bathroom did not work and we informed the receptionist (long dark hair from Liverpool), she told maintenance, the light was never fixed in the 5 days we were there and when we complained after all the lights in the bedrooms, hall and bathroom blew and we had no lights she was very rude and told us that there was nothing she could do. We didn't want this to spoil our holiday as it was a short break so we found the fusebox and switched it back on ourselves! very rude receptionist!! The other staff were all very nice and the site and facilities were lovely.
Paul
Few issues with the caravan that were sorted immediately! Lovely site, great staff
Louise
Site was clean and well maintained. Caravan was clean and well equipped. Perfect location near the beach and sand dunes. Pool is quite basic but enough for the kids. Food in the restaurant was really nice and good service. Entertainment for the kids was good. On site shop is as you'd expect on a holiday park and a little more expensive but unfortunately didn't stock any fresh fruit or veg or yoghurt.
Olivier
Superb place, clean, excellent value, staff kind
