Liz - Jun 2022
"Absolutely just what we were looking for. Huge lodge in the middle of nowhere. Only two lodges on site. Everything absolutely spotless. Duncan couldn’t have been any more helpful with daily visits to service the hot tub and six fresh eggs waiting in the fridge for us on arrival."

Abimbola - Apr 2022
"Just loved the place! Everything we needed plus beautiful welsh sunshine! Soooo relaxing ?"
christopher - Mar 2022
"It’s by far the most beautiful lodge me and my partner have stayed in. With there being only 2 lodges at the place, it is so quiet and private you cannot beat it. The location itself has beautiful views and is very quiet, but there isn’t an awful lot to do unless you travel. But we went for a relaxing holiday so not having things to do was not an issue for us personally. The lodge is fully equipped with everything, some bathroom products such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash would have been appreciated but with COVID this may have been the reason for their absence I have recommended (and will continue to recommend) this lodge to lots of family and friends and hopefully me and my boyfriend will return at some point in the future."
Verified Guest - Mar 2022

"Best lodge ever stayed in. Everything you could need inside. Lovely and clean with plenty of space to move around and chill. Secluded area. Can't praise enough. Will definitely book again."
Sandra - Aug 2018
"A lovely week away. The host Duncan was very friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, and very kindly provided a welcome pack. The lodge itself is gorgeous, filled with everything you need and spotlessly clean. The surroundings quiet and feel out of the way which was perfect for us as we wanted a quiet week. The hot tub was great, again spotlessly clean. Our dog loved running around the garden which was enclosed, meaning we didnt have to worry. Some lovely nearby towns, our favourites were Kington and Leominster, the Elan valley was also worth a trip."
