"This was our 2nd visit, and we got the same lodge we had 5 years ago. The lodge needs updating and looks tired now. The fridge/freezer needs to be repaired/replaced, although still usable. The lodge needs new and extra utensils/pots and pans for self catering purposes. Weve had to improvise quite a bit. The beds and bed linen were good quality and we slept well. We did not use the towels. The hot tub was great. It was quite expensive, especially as the lodge was so dated."

"Cleanliness would have been higher except for a couple of minor issues. The freezer was so iced up the door would not seal properly. Also the kitchen bin had a black bag in when we arrived but when it was removed the bin was filthy with bits of old food!"

"The accommodation was absolutely lovely very vey clean and they had thought of everything lovely little touches. The staff were amazing so very helpful and before we finished our break we booked to go back. Amazing."

"Stayed with family and had the freedom to come and go, although there were a lot of lodges I still felt we had privacy, only complaint was the kids couldn't go in pool after six but overall we had a lovely time"

"This lodge is beautiful, in a gorgeous location and the Lodges are not too close so you get privacy. Few little bits niggled me initially but really ot worth the bother in the long run. Reception extremely helpful the one time we needed them"

"The staff were helpful and polite, i have stayed in lodge 26 before and saw the improvement to the decking and the new hottub, the decor of the lodge looks a little tired and is in need of redecorating, torn wall paper in the bathroom and a couple of other locations also the strings to the blinds need repairing or replacing. The location is great abd the swimming pool abd gym to a high standard"
