We visited for a long weekend for a 21st birthday and had the best time we couldnt fault it, it wa lovenly and clean the staff where accommodating and very relaxed we put banners and balloons up and they where more than happy to let us do so! We have everything we needed within the lodge like pots and pans and that sort of thing! The best bit was the hot tub! It was amazing. Clean and well kept! The owner came around every morning and checked it and made sure it was all correct for us to use again that day! Would defiantly recommend!!

stayed at pine lodge (002) on a five day break after losing my wonderful mother to cancer. myself and my husband loved this place it was so peaceful and cosy. the standards of cleanliness is amazing spotless right down to the highly polished cutlery.you have everything you need apart from towels and dish towels which is understandable due to the use of the brilliant hot tub you will use alot. the hot tub is just fantasctic our first time ever in one so must say looking forward to next time. loved waking up in the morning and watch the wildlife around us bunny rabbits grouse pheasant birds singing sheep lambs. we even tried the barbecue cooked lovely sausages and sat at the table alfresco was lovely. everything was just perfect in the lodge we wanted total peace and quiet and thats just what we got so we would recommend staying here well done trevor top marks from us x
Nadine
The lodge was fantastic, everything u needed, beds where very comfy. Hot tub was lovely we even had a bbq which was a bonus as it was my husbands birthday so we stopped in had a bbq a few drinks then into hot tub , scenery was lovely loooking out on to fields with little lambs . So quite just what we wanted really chilled out . The manager was great with us nothing to much trouble, showed us round how to work the hot tub etc . Only thing we thought could be improved was having a rubbish bin a bit nearer think the only one on site was right at the entrance , it meant taking your rubbish in the car with you on way out that we didn’t like. Also at this camp make sure you take towels for hot tub as this hoeseasons site didn’t include any . But all In all fantastic will be booking again .
Alison

Brilliant site and perfect lodge. We went with 2 young kids who loved it. Had to travel a bit to find things to do but we knew that in advance. Would recommend.
Philip

Emily
Very pleasant stay in the Lindale Pine Lodge. Very peaceful place, great hot tub and spacious accommodation. Nice to have use of a dishwasher and 2 bathrooms. Only criticism would be no tea towels, hand towels or soap provided.
GARY

Fun Days Out near Lindale Park

Big Sheep - about 3 Miles
This is a recommended day out for families with young children visiting the Bedale area of Yorkshire.  Visit the farm and receive a warm welcome as well as a guided tour.  You will have the chance to bottle feed the lambs, bath a pig and handle some of the smaller animals.  Kids will love the big sandpit and the outdoor play area. There is also a cafe and indoor play area for when the weather is not on your side.
Lightwater Valley - about 9 Miles
Situated in the Ripon area of North Yorkshire this popular theme park makes a fantastic day out for the whole family.  The more daring will love the big and thrilling rides such as Raptor Attack, The Ultimate and Trauma Tower.  For the little ones there are some excellent attractions such as Flying Camels, Dodgems and a Magic Wheel.  Toddlers will like the Dragon Boats and the Lightwater Express amongst other things. There are over 40 rides and attractions in total and we think this is excellent value for money too.  If you book your tickets in advance online you can save even more money and beat the queues.
Fountains Abbey - about 13 Miles
This is an outstanding world heritage site located close to Ripon in the North Yorkshire area. Nature lovers will be in their element with an abundance of wide open spaces to explore and there are special guided tours for families.  Some of the highlights may include seeing wild deer and bats during your visit.  The grounds are fantastic to wander round but there is also an Elizabethan Mansion, Victorian Church, Georgian Water Garden and the finest example of Cistercian Abbey ruins in the country - Well worth a visit!
