Beech Hedge Reviews

The Mould Family from Berwick
We were lucky enough to have lots of sunshine so the kids spend most of the time playing out and made friends with some other kids on the site. It felt very safe and friendly. We had chose a lodge but the caravans looked nice as well. Be warned this is a quiet site not for you if you want a clubhouse, disco or kids club.

The caravan was immaculate. It slept 4 people and there was crockery for 4 people, but if there had been crockery for 8 that would have made a difference, but certainly didn't affect our stay.

We had a great time the area is lovely and very quiet which is what we were looking for. Free wifi was great and a packet of cookies left for us on our arrival, just remember to take your own towels and a pair of oven gloves if you are cooking as they aren't provided.

Was so happy with this last minute decision to book at beech hedge! We both work very stressful jobs so wanted a week to just get away from everything and everyone! The cabin had everything we needed and the couple who owned it were so helpful!! Will definitely be back!!

Nice one bedroomed cabin; well set out, plenty of space, very clean and ready for occupation on arrival; and everything you need for self catering is there. The equipment provided was in good order and nothing missing/broken.

Great caravan facilities
Loved our brake to the lodge was amazing an will be returning
Nice quiet caravan park
Great lodge , friendly owner , lots of personal touches in lodge
Beech Hedge Caravan Park also has chalets if required. This site is rural with lovely countryside around and Glamis and Scone palaces to visit. Perth and Dundee and other places to visit. Blairgowrie is handy for food shopping .
Fantastic location. Nit far from Perth. Well connected to other places Professional staff and a well managed site
We enjoyed our break but lodge could do with new plates as they were chipped. There were no bins, drying rack for dishes, or large brush to clean carpets etc we have been to this lodge twice before and everything was in order.
We had a lovely weekend at Beech Hedge. The Angus caravan was immaculate and spotlessly clean. You feel like you are away from it all, but so close to Perth, Blairgowrie and Dunkeld. We had a very relaxing break.
Had a lovely time. Lodge was just as it looked in the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing!!!!!
Our caravan overlooked open fields which were being worked, thus keeping our 5 year old (farm daft) grandson entertained for the short periods we spent there. We used the caravan more as a base for the local activities, suitable for 5 years/18 months. Active kids is virtually on the doorstep, with Noah's Ark in nearby Perth and Auchingarrich Animal Park at Crieff. Only slight disappointment at the caravan was that the crockery was mismatched with insufficient bowls, but in the grand scheme of things, nothing worth bothering about. . .any future occupants just have a wee check when you arrive. Lovely walks around the site, and loved the wee library. Oldest grandson picked two new books every night and returned them the next day. Perfect Base. My photo shows a wee picnic area at the back of the caravans, lovely!
