We had a 3 night weekend break staying in Keepers lodge, the lodge was very clean and tidy and lots of space for all the family like home from home. When we arrived it was evening and looked so welcoming all the lights were on and a lovely little extra was a bunch of flowers on the dining table.
Lovely hot tub on the decking which was ready for us to use on arrival.
A short walk to the golf club for a meal, lovely and peaceful stay in a perfect location for a number of days out. We got to see badgers and squirrels outside the lodge. We will definately be coming back again and highly recommend it.

Second visit, excellent facilities for a relaxing long weekend, cannot recommend highly enough
Lovely lodges at Griffon. So peaceful and chilled.
Fantastic stay second visit to this lodge this time was for our honeymoon. Staff fantastic & very friendly.
This is such a beautiful place, I am glad that we have discovered it. I am sure it become a regular place to visit. We did have a wedding party on site and one member decided to start singing very loudly at 2.30 am for what felt like ages. We called security and someone did come to sort it out though the singing guy didn't want to be quiet, it took a while. Noise does carry n the lovely woodlands!! I feel sure that this is an unusual occurrence and it would not stop me booking again. To sit in the hot tub watching badgers walk by was just magical not to mention squirrels and many different birds. The lodge was lovely and luxurious even though we took Monty the dog.(we have found pet friendly can mean a lesser standard but definitely not here) We ate at the sports bar of the local golf club for lunch which was reasonably priced and very nice. We had to sit outside as we had Monty but it was warm and sunny. Be nice if dogs were allowed in the sports bar. We hired bikes and explored the area which was great and at only £10 for a full day really reasonable. All in all a fantastic short break and we will be returning.
The most relaxing holiday I have ever had
A fantastic place , loved every moment. Lodge very well equipped, hot tub was fab. Staff extremely helpful helped my other half by decorating the lodge for him to propose me. Place has lots memories for us will return :)
We had the greatest time. Honestly it was lovely. Really quiet and peaceful with loads to do around the area too. Hot tub was perfect after a long day walking. The best bit was watching the badgers who came to visit each night. We will definitely come again. I've already recommended to all my friends, family and clients. 10/10. X
Me and my partner had an amazing time would recommend it to anyone!
Enjoyed every minute of this break. Lovely relaxing and away from the mussel and Bussel of everyday live. Would deffiately be costing again
Absolutely fantastic lots of badgers and wildlife...lodge amazing. Loved it.
