Ideal if you want a get away from it all holiday - which we did, but my husband did need to keep intouch with the outside world, as he is self employed and the lack of convenience for internet was a very annoying.
Brenda
Idealic spot for a quiet getaway. Everything you needed was there including privacy. Wonderful surroundings and friendly wildlife. Nearby places of interest to go if you wanted. Fabulous.

Tina
Had a lovely 7 day break. Really happy in no. 34. Nightly visits from Badgers, lots of wildlife, beautiful walks. Everything you could need in a lovely wood cabin. Comfortable, homely, peaceful . Loved sitting in the jacuzzi while watching Badger. Great break
Sarah
Absolutely fabulous relaxing holiday
Ian
Wonderful Woodland setting, so quiet and peaceful other than the sounds of nature. The cabin was large, clean, comfortable and well equipped it was very useful having the tumble dryer and just loved the hot tub. Lots of walks through the woods which our dog loved. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. A great base from which to go on day trips to Scarborough or visit York which has a lot to offer in both history and unique shops. One negative, the patio was very slippy and needs jet washing.
Ashley
Only thing missing was disposable flip flops to get to tub and back in. Was a little on expensive side however the cabins are immaculate and the place is so relaxing! If you ever have a deal on in the future please let me know! That would help my return xxx
Simon
Our second year running at Griffon Forest and will definitely be booking again , the peace and quiet is lovely and the lodges are amazing, we both love it here and can't wait for our next break , if I have one complaint i would prefer an earlier booking in time than 16.00 , this is two hours later than it needs to be , I would rather book in early and leave early on the last day , apart from that it's perfect for us
Alex
Had a lovely relaxing holiday. Lodge was very cosy and comfortable. Hot tub was amazing. Loved watching the wildlife. Great location.
