Great location and roomy well equipped accommodation. A table tennis table would have been appreciated by our two teenagers.
The double bedroom had a very small wardrobe where it was impossible to open the door properly due to lack of space. The twin room, again due to lack of space, there was no bedside table or bedside light.
The lounge and dining area was spacious and very comfortable.
Highly recomend these cottages.
A great family break
Excellent, hope to be back

The rental was reasonable & just before we booked the rates went down so we were delighted. Bedding & towels were provided as was a welcome pack of beverages milk bread butter & water. The Chalet came with allocated parking space & a patio & wrap round garden. We had a couple of niggles with our Chalet i.e. the patio doors wouldnt open unless forced & then wouldnt shut properly due to the door dropping in the frame & the wood warping & we couldnt open our bedroom windows either so had to leave the door open at night for air.
We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Isle of Wight one highlight was the butterfly farm which is well worth a visit though dogs arent allowed for obvious reasons.
All in all one of our best holidays.
Excellent facilities and superb value for money!!
Great value and excellent location. The beaches are within walking distance. They are the most beautiful beaches on the island in my opinion. The wifi signal was not very good as we lived in the corner of the whole park. The staff was helpful -- they offered alternative way to do laundry when our washing machine was broken and they helped to send our things left behind back with a reasonable price. Thank you.
Our accommodation could have been more thoroughly cleaned for our arrival.

My friend brought her dog with her. I was afraid this pet cottage might smell of animal but it was lovely and clean.
Our first time on the IOW and when we come back we will return here! Perfect location near lovely beach (with two great places to eat, one very expensive and one very reasonable!) and bus stop, get rover tickets and forget the driving (and enjoy numerous pub lunches!!) Hot tub was fab, cottage was clean and comfy with nice welcome essentials, we would highly recommend this place.
Lovely place to stay if your looking for a more quiet relaxing break with little added extras ie. Pool tennis courts . Hot tub if you have one .
Excellent base for traveling round the whole island. Quiet and easy walking distance to the beach. We preferred totland bay as was quieter. (Next bay round towards the needles). Enough local shops too.
Far less commercial than Cowes, Ryde etc (but they are still worth a visit though).
The whole island was clean and a slower pace which is quite refreshing.
We went in July the week before the schools broke up.
For the golfers out there would recommend shanklin and sandown golf club.
Stayed here many times, nothing not to like. All the staff are exceptional and nothing is to much trouble. The place has such a friendly relaxed feel about it it lets you unwind and do as much or little as you want.
Lovely holiday, been every year since it opened. Location spot on
Lovely family friendly small site.
Basic, functional, comfortable cottage. Site a nice size, not too big and considering every cottage was occupied it was extremely peacefull (one week before kids summer hols). Pool a good size and often empty of swimmers. Tennis court and equipment great. Hot tub an absolute treat! Refilled for each new visitor and on all the time so you can hop in and out whenever. Would of been usefull to have some hot tub instructions and could of done with towel replacement as they all got so wet with swim/tub/showers (suspect this would be no problem if requested). Beach five mins walk - pricey bars and cafes.
We had a lovely holiday!
Fort Victoria is many attractions in one convenient location. What once was a historically important fort is now home to a Marine Aquarium, a Model Railway, a Sea Bed Archaeology Exhibition and a Planetarium. The Country Park also offers delightful woodland walks. Countryside Rangers are on hand to give guided walks of the seashore and the woodland. Admission to the park is free of charge but each of the attractions incur a small charge.
Described as the Isle of Wight's multi activity and play Farm park this attraction will really appeal to families looking for a fun day out. Recently improvements have been made to enlarge the straw fun play barn and this is now the biggest indoor play space on the island. This farm is now split into separate attractions, the play barns and petting farm which include rides on tractors and trailors and the tractor driving experience. Open all year this place is also excellent value for money.
This is an award winning attraction on the isle of wight with so much to see and do. From thrilling rides for the whole family to challenging play for younger kids they have thought of everything. One of the highlights is the Falconry where you can see some of the most breathtaking displays in the UK. You can also get a taste of nature and history here from red squirrels to romans. The great value freedon tickets are well worth the money allowing you to return to the park as often as you like for 7 days.
Robin Hill Adventure Park and Gardens is an award willing attraction offering an amazing experience which includes thrilling rides, exciting shows and animal experiences. The park also offers excellent value as one ticked gets visitors in to 2 parks and you can come back as many times as you wish within 7 days. Rides include the family friendly Toboggan Run and Colossus Swinging Galleon but one of the parks most popular attractions is the Falconry where visitors can enjoy some of the finest flying displays in the UK. The park also has a fantastic nature area where Red squirrel safaris are just one of the attractions.
