Great place for a very quiet getaway. Nothing apart from great walks or if you play golf there is a golf course next door. The Duke of Cambridge pub linked to the site is excellent for meals. There is a beautiful lake at Stockbridge Pond nearby.

Lodge had all useful amenities. Oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher. Washing machine/Tumble dryer available on site, but lightly used.

Comfortable lounge, small balcony (used by us a lot).

Parking for one car - we left another about 50 metres away.

The accommodation was very well equipped but we did find it to be a bit gloomy. Not sure if the intention was to go for a snug feel but we found it a little too dark. Better lighting or an additional sky light would be good to make the rooms a bit more airy. Otherwise all very nice indeed. The place was very clean and very well equipped.

Cobbett was a lovely lodge to stay in. Tea, milk and water were lovely touches to arrive to. My only suggestion would be a tv in the bedroom, which would be nice when relaxing.

Lovely lodge
Lovely location, very nice and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable cabin.
Very peaceful, relaxing , friendly staff can't wait to go back
Great location, shame the builders started so early in the morning directly across from our lodge waking us at 7.00 on the Monday morning which was our only day we could lie in as we were leaving early every other day to watch the ladies Lacrosse World Cup at Surrey Sports Park.
A very relaxing stay and everything we needed was there. A good jump off point for RHS Wisley and Portsmouth for days out without too much driving.
Excellent as usual. Very friendly, helpful staff. Lodge very clean and just like home from home. Can't wait to go back.
Lovely relaxing holiday in beautiful surroundings. The Duke of Cambridge pub next door is a must, great food and beer.
Very conveniently placed for our needs in beautiful countryside. Also handy for the Duke of Cambridge for drinks and meals.
Relaxed, friendly location and staffing. ideal place to get away from it all for a few days. Easy links to adjacent infrastructure including trains to London. Nearest larger town is Farnham, with bustling shops and pleasant restaurants and pubs. Staff actually predicted needs ahead of us, such as when to bring around a fan ahead of the extra hot days. Small on site shop sells necessities as well as wine and beers. Gate through from property to a nearby pub. Tilford village has a green and plenty of summer cricket matches.
Can only describe this as fabulous cannot wait to return.
Nice position on site but would like to see the undergrowth of the pond cut back as it's somewhat overgrown and expands as the years roll by. Staff were very helpful, courteous and made us feel at home. Liked the curtesy call on the day of arrival to say our Lodge was ready and available. Also liked the little key case which looked cute. Towels were luxurious, and also the dressing gowns (additional small charge).
