Praa Sands is an exclusive holiday resort with some amazing holiday homes including VIP Platinum accommodations with hot tubs.  The coastal views from the hot tubs are great too!

Families will love the proximity to the beach, the on site heated indoor swimming pool and the 9 hole gold course.

There's even a bar and restaurant called The Boathouse where you can enjoy a meal and refreshments on the terrace, made from finest local ingredients.  You can watch the stunning sunset from here.

On the local beach you can surf and swim safely and you'll find plenty of great days out in the doorstep.  Land’s End, Mousehole and St Michael’s Mount are well worth a visit.

Amazing holiday, we had the time of our lives. Nice walks to take the dog and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Beautiful view from the caravan that we stayed in. We are definitely going again.

Had an issue with the Door Lock but with the assistance from the duty maintenance this was resolved.
There were at least two issues which could have H&S concerns within the caravan.

I would say that the caravan we stayed in was the best ever. So clean, comfortable and very luxurious especially considering it was pet-friendly. Was most surprised to find a washer/dryer and dishwasher hidden amongst the kitchen cupboards, really didn't expect that! It was great to have a closed in veranda so the dog could be outside with us, without fear of her running off and, to top it all, we had a great view of the sea and surrounding countryside. Absolutely loved it.

Spent a relaxing fortnight despite the weather (rain, snow, frost and wind) and would thoroughly recommend this experiance to anyone wishing to visit the area. An ideal location for visiting the local area and further attractions in Cornwall. We have booked again for the summer.
Alison
Perfect place to unwind. Caravans are superb and so is the location and facilities. Very close to the beach.
Tom
Good caravan but kitchen layout very poor. Dining table too big for room, no larder storage.
Sharon
We had a superb caravan with views of the sea it’s a lovely site just a short walk to Praia sands beach which is lovely too.
Nick
A lovely park in a lovely location. The unit we had was also great. Very clean and great facilities. All the staff in the onsite facilities were always cheerful and helpful
Tina
Had a lovely lodge and was really clean and nice fixtures and fittings . Pool and sauna were great and restaurant had one lovely meal in , shame no area on site to pick up a few basics as am sure this would be swell used addition . One thing unless missed it could do with more bin stores / pet bins around the site . Only found 1 .
Steve
Lodge was fantastic, very clean and modern with a fantastic view down to the sea. Only disappointment was that our 8 year old son was not allowed into the Spa bath even under our parental supervision.
Andrew
We had a brilliant holiday the last week of October. We stayed in a 2 bed vip caravan. It had all mod cons and was immaculate. Having a hot tub was a real bonus looking up at the stars from the warmth. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend.
David
Nice clean caravan on a site that is well maintained with good facilities . The site is located within easy walking distance of Praa Sands.
Michael
Thoroughly loved the park and our stay for that matter. Very clean and tidy all round. Staff very friendly and helpfull. I left my engagement ring behind after swimming on our last day and they posted it to me which was appreciated. Keep it up

Fun Days Out near Praa Sands Holiday Park

Paradise Park - about 5 Miles
Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors. The inhabitants include some typical UK creatures including Otters, and Red Squirrels as well as some more unusual and rare animals including Red Pandas. Younger children will enjoy meeting the friendly animals in the farm area. The site has recently been extended and now also has a fantastic Jungle Barn where kids can let of steam.
A fantastic attraction with something for everyone.  Combining rides, activities and exhibitions it's all here in the one place. Look out for seasonal events too such as the Fire in the Sky event on 27th October 2010 - discount advance tickets are available for most of the events so don't forget to check out their website.  Some of the most popular thrill rides include the first Twisting Droptower in the UK called the Skyraker 001.  The Hornert Rollercoaster is also not to be missed.
The Rock Gardens Caves and Nursery have an amazing setting in the old Palace Quarry. The gardens offer an abundance of trees, plants and floral displays including a very grand 80ft Elm Tree and a stunning Weeping Ash. The site also offers a large carp pond, a breathtaking illuminated cave and a tea room serving tasty local produce.
Land's End - about 14 Miles
Land's End is one of Britain's best loved landmarks with its unique location offering breathtaking scenery and great natural splendour. The site has been developed to offer five family friendly attractions including an exhibition centre currently showing a fantastic Dr Who exhibition - a must for fans of the show. Other attractions include Scull Rock - A 4D film experience and Greeb Farm - A small animal farm which is sure to be a big hit with younger children. Inclusive tickets for all attractions are excellent value with a family of four costing just £25.00
