With a stunning countryside setting on the Devon/Somerset border this intimate collection of well designed lodges will appeal to anyone looking for a luxury hot tub holiday.

The interiors are full of natural light and open plan in design, with the lovely feature of a wood burning stove to make your stay extra cosy.  Outside mature woods combine with lush green countryside and even an organic farm with farm animals including sheep, horses and llamas.  There's a real feeling of being a million miles away.

The lodges have outside decking areas, providing a great place to kick back and take in the views, some over the shimmering pond or river.  And of course each lodge has a private bubbling hot tub so you can unwind in style.

For the more active you could get out and explore with some wonderful trails and walks on the doorstep. The charming market towns of Crewkerne and Chard are in this area, ideal for days out and full of gorgeous gift shops, excellent restaurants serving locally sourced food and even a number of historic sites to visit.

Further afield is the picture postcard city of Exeter - fantastic for shopping or taking in a river cruise.  The amazing 13th century cathedral is also a draw for visitors to this area.

Accommodation includes the fabulous Racing Retreat Lodge which sleeps 2, ideal for romantic breaks.  The Waters Edge Lodge is also an excellent choice with a bespoke interior, covered outdoor hot tub and spacious decking area.  This lodge sleeps up to 4.

Our Top Tip
"The stunning bays of the Jurassic Coast in this area are well worth a visit and make fantastic days out especially in the summer months."

Could not have had a better 4 day break anywhere else!. Very impressed with the lodge and facilities. Owners where at hand to ask any questions and advise us on the surrounding area. A big thanks for making it a memorable time and will return again.

We holiday once a year as a family of 4 two boys aged 10 and 13 Mum and Grandma. The location away from the busy world was spot on but not to far away from the local town if it was needed. Perfect base for visiting places like West Bay (where broadchurch was filmed) lovely beach there, as well as durdle door and lulworth cove. Both places are so pretty. The log cabin was a lovely place to return home to after our days out and the bonus of the hot tub was great to relax in as well. I will so look at returning to this place it was worth the long journey from Lincolnshire to stay here.

A fantastic short break in a beautiful setting. The lodges are huge, living space lovely, well equipped and the hot tub is wonderful for winding down in. The surrounding farmland and lanes are great for walking the dog at the beginning and end of the day, and there is so much to do nearby, including many dog-friendly beaches. The whole family enjoyed this break and we will be back next year!

Our family had a fantastic time at peckmoor. On arrival we had fresh eggs and milk, home made cakes and even a treat for our dog. The lodges were very cosy and fitted out to a luxurious standard. The children enjoyed the hot tub and our whole lodge was very private with plenty of space between lodges so we never felt over looked. The lodge we stayed in had an enclosed garden area so our dog was able to run free and watch the sheep without us worrying he might run off. For a holiday to escape, do nothing but totally relax then peckmoor is the place to come. I could never get tired of the views and countryside, with friendly staff who were at the end of the phone to help if needed. We will defiantly be going back for another stay.

What a beautiful lodge ! Fantastic views and a great location for country walks or trips out to Dorset villages and attractions.
The hot tub was a lovely addition,it was checked every day and made our break away even more luxurious
We would love to return to Peckmoor and recommend it without a doubt !

We stayed in mallard watch. The lodge is fantastic with all the amenities you could possibly need. The lodge itself has a main room with 2 large sofas, a large dining table and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. There is a bedroom at either end of this large main room with an en-suite each, one with a large bath/shower and the other with a large walk in shower. The hot tub is great for four people and is private and not overlooked. When we were there the field next to it had 9 little lambs in it, which our toddler loved. On arrival there were 6 eggs, homemade cakes, milk and coffee pods for the coffee machine. The eggs were from onsite on the farm and you can order more if required. Sarah and Jeremy (the owners) were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Do not hesitate to book peckmoor lodges. You will not be disappointed

We had the best day ever & we will definitely be booking up again. The lodge was luxury & location was so relaxing, the owners were so lovely & really friendly. We have stayed in many different lodges & this by far was is the best. The welcome pack was a lovely touch & we really enjoyed the cakes plus having fresh eggs for breakfast was a real treat. It was a real joy to stay at Peckmoor & I don't know how anyone could find fault with it, in one word to sum Peckmoor lodges is perfect.
