Swanage Coastal Park blends peace and tranquility with all the facilities of a neighbouring park - and with the wonderful Jurassic Coast on your doorstep, you can enjoy stunning views and great days out with plenty of pretty little towns and villages to visit. Swanage is just a short walk away and both Bournemouth and Poole are within easy reach.

There's an indoor heated swimming pool and gym, a bar with evening entertainment and a great restaurant. Swanage is set around a beautiful curved bay with an award-winning beach front and surrounded by natural beauty and wildlife - Durlston Country Park has a multitude of walking trails and is one of the best bird and dolphin watching spots in the country.

For a luxurious stay in a lodge style holiday home, Signature 3 offers spacious accommodation for up to six people. It has a bath and separate shower, three bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower, and a large verandah with garden furniture, barbecue and outdoor hot tub.

The Dorset coastline offers clear air, stunning clifftop walks and a host of picturesque towns to explore. The Jurassic Coast has been designated a Natural World Heritage Site by UNESCO and the county is also home to some gorgeous stately homes, including Kingston Lacy House in Wimborne Minster and the beautiful Mapperton House and Gardens.

It was a nice site and on the whole the caravan was great, the cleanliness wasn't as good as it could have been but the hoover didn't work at all. Our beds weren't made up but that was an accident and the gentleman who dealt with it all was very nice.

Usually takes me 3 days to unwind but Swanage coastal park is beautiful and relaxed the minute we got there. Cannot recommend enough.

Static was excellent value. Attention to detail in some areas of cleaning ie shower room and toilet in corners and behind taps could be better. That was our only issue.

Very nice van but low on drawer space. The shower needed a mat as the floor was very smooth.

We had a weeks sunshine which was fantastic.
Not sure if we would have enjoyed it so much if the weather had been bad

Our Signature 3 lodge was wonderful. We made daily use of the hot tub !!! Our only fault was the lack if any shop on site & it was quite a trek down into Swanage Town for any supplies.
Susan
Excellent value static caravan in an excellent location. We arrived later than anticipated and the staff member was very helpful.
Emma
Fantastic! Caravan was very high standard, the only thing it could have done with was an iron and board but we managed. Very roomy and comfortable. Shower was very powerful with loads of room as well. Kitchen had everything we needed. The views from the top of the park were stunning with the sea view just to the right. We were lucky to have been placed at the top and some breathtaking walks just at the back of us. Can't wait to go back and the staff at the park could not have been more helpful. Very quiet and peaceful park but we went during school term so not many children around. However, great for them too in the holidays.
Lynn
Lovely location, the staff were very helpful. Good value for money and would go back again.
Faye
The superior lodge 2 would have been made much better if you had fenced of the grass to enable my dog to make use of this without having her on the lead. Please do this!
Kerry

Christine

Fun Days Out near Swanage Coastal Park

The perfect place to visit on a rainy day this large Sealife Centre is currently offering 2 tickets for £15.00 when you book online. Top attractions include the amazing shark tunnel, the rock pools and the otter enclosure. This year Loch Lomond Sealife Centre is also home to Cammy - the only Giant Sea Turtle in Scotland! The centre also offers visitors an educational experience with talks and hands on events taking place daily.
Monkey World - about 12 Miles
Monkey World is not only a local attraction but the work they carry out is amazing.  Rescuing and rehabilitating monkeys and assisting governments around the world to stop the smuggling of primates are just some of the purposes of the centre. You get to see the primates themselves many of which have become famous from appearing on the TV show Monkey World - a documentary about this place. Open year round we think this is one of best attractions in Dorset and you even get the chance to adopt a monkey if you choose.
Kingston Maurward Gardens and Animal Park is a magical place to visit with grand gardens and plenty of animals to meet.  From goats and ponies to alpacas and pot bellied pigs this attraction is excellent value for money.  You can feel free to explore the grounds too which are especially lovely on sunny days.  You will see majestic floral displays, stone terraces, a temple and even a lake.
Dorset Teddy Bear Museum - about 21 Miles
This family orientated museum is dedicated to Teddy Bears both old and new Edward Bear and his family of people sized bears are one of the main attractions.  You can buy teddy bear gifts from the quaint shop including top notch brands.  The Steiff Teddy Bear and Merrythought bears are very popular.  Open 7 days a week all year round (except 25th and 26th December) this is a perfect all weather place to visit.
