Just two miles from the pretty, bustling seaside town of Tenby and on the edge of a gorgeous lake, these luxurious lodges boast contemporary design, wonderful views and sunken outdoor hot tubs. Florence Springs is a gorgeous peaceful retreat within easy reach of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park and many pretty Welsh villages.

There's an 18 hole golf course and coarse and trout fishing in the lake on the park and guests are given a discounted pass to nearby Heatherton Leisure Park. A short distance away, you'll find the cobbled streets of Tenby - you could potter around the pretty harbour, browse the little gift shops, enjoy the many pubs and restaurants, or while away the time on the beach.

Hazel Lodge is stunningly designed with every comfort in mind. It sleeps up to six people - there's a king size double room with dressing room and ensuite shower, a further double bedroom, a twin and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. Bi-fold French doors lead out onto the decking where you can enjoy lakeside views from your own bubbling hot tub.

There's so much to explore in South Wales - go horse riding through the countryside at Narberth or head for the huge indoor water park at the Blue Lagoon in Canaston Wood to have fun on the slides.

Our Top Tip
"Llansteffan with its delightful beach and castle is less than 20 miles away and the Happy Valley Walking Trail at Tywyn has amazing coastal and mountain views."

We had the best time ever in a break away at the lodge. Amazing quality time spent as at family with the hot tub as the central point. Definitely recommend and definitely be back for another break soon!

The lodge was clean and well presented and generally well equipped. However it could do with a couple more saucepans and cooking dishes.

The facilities were fantastic. The lodge included a washing machine and dishwasher which were very useful. Lovely yo receive a free bottle of wine as well. My only criticism was that I wish there were hairdryers in the lodge. It was the only thing really that was missing.

We all had a fantastic time at Florence Springs, the lodge was absolutely beautiful and so was the surroundings. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and Welsh cakes, lovely touch! The free game of golf was great fun and the rest of the activities in the neighbouring centre looked fab. You could easily stay in the lodge and chill it's that lovely, although the only down side to our stay was the building work going on which wasn't so relaxing, especially as my partner is a builder and was looking forward to escape from work. Also the hot tub wasn't inspected or topped up with chlorine during our time here so by the third night the water had gone slightly green and wasn't the freshest smelling. Apart from those things it was amazing and we would of rated 10 out of 10! We will recommend to friends and family and also the best restaurant we visited The Salt Cellar in Tenby, beautiful food

Lodge had the wow factor when we arrived. Everything provided. The hot tub was an extra bonus and used every day. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Wish we were still there!

The hot tub, whilst not the largest I've used, was nice, with decent controls to get it exactly as you liked. The only issue with that was the little black beetles which seemed to want to get in as well. There's not really much that us or the site owners can do to stop nature doing what it will. However, I did mention it to one of the site managers the next day, and they supplied us with a net, so although we couldn't prevent the issue, we could get them out again afterwards.

Our son is four - and there were a couple of brilliant aspects to our lodge. The first was that the key to the lodge gate was available. So we could actually lock the gate and ensure he could not go a wandering. Secondly, the hot tub cover had all locks attached and operational - so we could fix it at all four points, and feel totally confident that he'd not be able to get into any bother with the tub. That meant a huge deal to us - so thank you Florence Springs.

We really liked that the lodge entrance went directly into the utility room - with a shoe rack. It encourages and reassures that the carpets and floors inside are clean.

There was one downside to the lodge. We were pretty sure that when we booked, it was stated as having a washer/dryer - but it just had a washer actually. Online now, that is what it states - but as the washer/dryer is important to us, we imagine that it was corrected at some time between us booking and staying. Anyway - that would not have been so bad if it were not for the notices saying "do not dry any washing in the lodge". So without a dryer, what should people do? We mentioned it at reception, and they agreed there was a discrepancy somewhere, and supplied us with a clothes horse to get our washing dried.

When we arrived we were unsure if we had the correct place as there were only 4 lodges on the site. The lodge itself was immaculate and the site was so peace. We did have a small problem one night with the door lock but there was somebody with us within 15 minutes of us phoning and it was fixed within the hour. Excellent service. We would not hesitate recommending this site. Lovely and peaceful but with plenty to do with the leisure facilities next door. Oh and free golf which pleased my husband :-)
Kelly
Beautiful lodges and very well equipped. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Frosted glass in front of the hot tub and a washer/dryer would make it perfect.
Helen
Everything was excellent but to make it even better can we suggest you supply robes and slippers for when you use the hot tub. Saves everyone dripping water in the lodge, other wise excellent accommodation.
Judy
The lodge was stunning. Only complaint we had was that the DVD player didn't work and the WiFi wasn't the best. It also said in the hand book in the lodge that someone would come everyday to check the chemicals in the hot tub but we didnt see anyone all weekend the water looked really murky by the Sunday afternoon, lucky we were leaving on the monday morning. But really was a fab weekend and have already booked for next yr.
Faye
These lodges and the surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Me and my partner stayed in the Silver Birch which is right next to the lake and it was absolutely gorgeous. When we booked we thought they looked lovely but upon arriving they just took our breath away. Everything inside and around the lodge was just perfect and we couldn't fault anything. So comfy, cosy and modern.. you had everything in there that you could possibly need. We both loved the hot tub, it was so relaxing looking out across the lake (I want a hot tub now 😊) we would go out and about during the day and then go back to the lodge in the evening, cook some nice food, few drinks and then relax in the hot tub, it was gorgeous. This was our first hot tub lodge holiday and everything about it was just perfect... Would we return... Definitely, without a doubt.
Pauline
Lovely spacious and well equipped lodge
Sharon
A lovely lodge with every thing provided. The bottle of wine and Welsh cakes were a great touch. The only thing I would say is the main bedroom isn't the same as the website, it was smaller with no dressing area and the pillows were very very soft. The hot tub was amazing, great for seeing the nights sky. The staff were all very friendly and happy to help. We enjoyed a day at Heatherton and Anna's Welsh Zoo.
