Swainswood Park was recommended to us by good freinds so we decided to book a week there in August. The site was really peaceful and perfect for a relaxing break. We chose a Woodland View Lodge with a hut tub which was fantastic, plenty of space, lovely views and the hot tub was just the icing on the cake.
Had a lovely relaxing time staff so helpful thank you

Lodge has all mod cons including washer/dryer and large fridge freezer.
Some minor repairs required to score 10 but all in all a comfortable stay.
2nd bedroom beds very small
The lodge was immaculate and clean. Loved the little extras you got such as tea coffee etc. Thought this was a lovely gesture.
Another lovely week spent at your site. Lodge very comfortable and well equipped. Only criticisms . Far too many mirrors in master bedroom and perhaps could benefit from thicker/ blackout curtains. I love this site and will keep coming back
Amazing weekend loved it!!
Great place for a long weekend.
We had a few problems on arrival owing daughter who got bit upset place was tight for her wheelchair the staff were very helpful and sorted accommodation out so weekend turn out into happy weekend
Lovely place to stay, but once visited not too much to go and see again, used as base to go to Derby, Calke Abbey and Whipsnade Zoo, nice and clean lodge but site feels very sterile with manacured lawns and very little wildlife.
