A very spacious lodge and although there were only three of us it would have been roomy enough for six guests.
All the kitchen appliances were good quality and everything possible was provided.
Very comfortable furnishings if a little dated. Perhaps the bath in the en-suite could be changed to a shower or a shower cubicle added.
The only downside was no wi fi connection and no mobile phone signal - very much expected now.
Would certainly like to stay in the summer and use the outdoor patio area and balcony.
A bonus that car parking is provided outside each lodge.
The open plan of the dining room and lounge was adequate but opening the crockery cupboard and drawers below was difficult because the table was fixed.
It was difficult to access the shelving to get out mugs, plates and dishes without trapping fingers between the door and the Oven Housing Unit.
The papers for using the cooker and microwave were "hidden" in a drawer trapped by a dining room chair.

Accommodation was brilliant with every thing you would need, beds very comfortable.
I loved the coach house plenty of room for 2 . Would definitely stay there again .
We had a great time, thank you Clowance Estate. Cleanliness was excellent overall. Couple of scuffs on the sofa here and there but that's being very fussy. The grounds are superb and the feel of Clowance estate is amazing. We miss it already. Coach House Apartments were really excellent. Really difficult to find things to complain about. Such a lovely place, wouldn't want to put the place down.

The lodge and equipment were fantastic, the hot tub was a bonus, we did not use the sauna. Summer duvets would have been better.
The apartment was very clean and I had everything you needed to enjoy your stay, with great views of the golf course very well kept.
Beautiful lodge ,everything we needed.
Only problem,always in the shade
Excellent place to stay, very relaxing - would highly recommend!!
Great break overall, staff were the biggest asset by far, the accommodation was great and very easy to relax in. Pool and gym a bit basic but otherwise no complaint.
I loved it here, was amazing, the lodges are beautiful, the staff are nice and helpful, the estate is amazing, the area is good, loads to do, wish i stayed longer, will defiantly be going again.
A fabulous place to relax with outstanding views from the apartment. the location of the estate is so close to so many of the major Cornish towns an ideal place to stay.
the apartment had everything you need to make your stay comfortable and relaxing, spacious areas to eat and watch telly and relax in when you get back after a long days out and the then to the on site spa to finish off the stay
We stayed over the Christmas period and enjoyed the restaurant and bar area and the entertainment packaged provided. The indoor pool was very clean and uncrowded when we used it. A very pleasant site at any time of the year. We found it very quiet and peaceful but with good facilities. All the staff were very helpful.
A very relaxing few days in a wonderful part of Cornwall, even if it was the wettest few days of the year (heavy thunderstorms). The accommodation was very comfortable and had a view out onto the golf course.
I stayed in a Coach House which was excellent, I found it very comfortable and cosy. It was close to the Clubhouse where all the entertainment and pool activities took place. The Reception staff went out of their way to make me welcome. I stayed here as a solo holiday maker which is why I found the week a little expensive.
The Rock Gardens Caves and Nursery have an amazing setting in the old Palace Quarry. The gardens offer an abundance of trees, plants and floral displays including a very grand 80ft Elm Tree and a stunning Weeping Ash. The site also offers a large carp pond, a breathtaking illuminated cave and a tea room serving tasty local produce.
Paradise Park first opened its doors in Cornwall in 1973 and has been one of the regions top attractions ever since. What was once just a tropical bird garden is now a refuge for many different species of animal and aims to be educational as well as fun for its visitors. The inhabitants include some typical UK creatures including Otters, and Red Squirrels as well as some more unusual and rare animals including Red Pandas. Younger children will enjoy meeting the friendly animals in the farm area. The site has recently been extended and now also has a fantastic Jungle Barn where kids can let of steam.
A fantastic attraction with something for everyone. Combining rides, activities and exhibitions it's all here in the one place. Look out for seasonal events too such as the Fire in the Sky event on 27th October 2010 - discount advance tickets are available for most of the events so don't forget to check out their website. Some of the most popular thrill rides include the first Twisting Droptower in the UK called the Skyraker 001. The Hornert Rollercoaster is also not to be missed.
Holywell Bay Fun Park has been one of South Cornwall's most popular attractions for many years and features a good range of rides for children of all ages. As well as fairground rides and Go- Karts there are plenty of places for family fun including the Maze, Bumper Boats and Lazar Shooting area. If the weather is not great visitors can simply head inside as there are plenty of indoor activities including a large Soft Play Area and a thrilling Climbing Wall. With no entrance fee this park is a good budget friendly option too.
