Because i have previously cleaned chalets i would suggest that overall it could do with a deep clean before season begins, especially the windows which are essential for a great view!, and the high places such as fans and ledges. Everything else was fantastic the only thing i could of had to make it perfect was a blanket to relax in the evenings by the fire.

Not a bad word to say about it, the cabins were clean and roomy.

Accommodation type: Silver Birch 2
The Silver Birch 2 was lovely, it felt like home and the woodland view was terrific mainly due to the height of the build.
The steps up to the property were very steep but there were others with easier steps.
The beds were very comfy and the kitchen well equipped.
We needed to take washing up liquid, bin liners, towels & toilet rolls.
There was no iron or ironing board but there is a laundry on site.

Good choice of cabin the Jacuzzi was a welcome incentive after coming back from a days activities. Some silver cabins have wood burners others do not, we stayed in 21 which was in one of the best locations for views and wildlife but did not have a wood burner. Did not matter as cabin was cozy with good heating.
Did find cleaning could have been better - although the cabin was clean the microwave had not been cleaned and the bathroom could have been cleaned better (I am very fussy and issues I found may not effect others) - Would recommend a Silver or gold cabin as well worth the extra for the Jacuzzi!
