"Our Hengar Manor Country Park review: Really lovely lodge. This was a bigger one and it was huuuuge! All the bedrooms were very good size and very spacious lounge. Condition was also good, kitchen a little tired maybe but good quality bathrooms, carpets decor and very comfy beds. 2 disadvantages were restaurant was closed on the Monday with no warning and lanes were very narrow and winding if approaching from A30 side, recommend coming in from A39."

"Cleanliness of the apartment was good and they were good when had to come out to clean up the leak. Sofas were nice but as they were leather in the evenings were cold so we had to wrap up to sit on them. Beds, kids didn;t have a problem but the double bed was so stiff we had bad backs and my husband had a sore neck from it. Ensuit shower and the big bathroom were great. Tv was basic Tv but we only used it about an hour in the morning and a little bit in the evening so we didn't mind"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this charming spot tucked away in a lovely, private setting. The hosts were super friendly and always ready to help if needed, but kept a good distance to maintain privacy. The hot tub was a real highlight after a long day cycling. One thing to note, the cottage is quite close to Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us much after a while, but it might be something to consider if you're sensitive to noise. All in all, a great place!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely spot! The location is stunningly private, yet the owners are super friendly and there if you need anything. The hot tub was such a treat after a long day cycling around. A heads up though - the cottage is right under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us much once we got used to it, but if you're sensitive to noise, its worth knowing. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind!"

"We had an excellent wk. Its lovely and quiet and relaxing. Surroundings are lovely and nothing feels rushed.accomodation was brilliant...very clean and well kept. Swimming pool was very good as was the golf pitch and putt. We didnt go fishing but walked and had a look at the lakes and it was so pretty. It's a shame they have got rid of the crazy golf nd I think the childrens play area could be improved as not a lot in there. Overall it was a lovely place to stay."

"Lovely site but accommodation a bit tired and shabby. Staff friendly and helpful especially Angela on reception who sorted out our booking when we arrived as we had added the weekend to our midweek booking with short notice and we had booked 2 different accommodations by mistake with 2 different companies. She sorted it out within 20 mins and we were able to stay in the same bungalow all week."
