"We really enjoyed our stay at this charming spot tucked away in a lovely, private setting. The hosts were super friendly and always ready to help if needed, but kept a good distance to maintain privacy. The hot tub was a real highlight after a long day cycling. One thing to note, the cottage is quite close to Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us much after a while, but it might be something to consider if you're sensitive to noise. All in all, a great place!"

The hot tub was such a treat after a long day cycling around. A heads up though - the cottage is right under Stansteds flight path, so theres quite a bit of aircraft noise. It didnt bother us much once we got used to it, but if you're sensitive to noise, its worth knowing. Overall, a great place to relax and unwind!"

Plenty of room for everyone, which was great for sharing meals, playing board games and tackling the holiday puzzle. The pool was a big hit and we appreciated how well it was managed, especially given Covid concerns. The location is spot on for exploring local beaches - honestly, we loved every minute of it!"

"Overall, we had a decent stay. The only issue was the mattress on the double bed - it wasnt great for my back, which was a bit annoying since Ive got a back injury. But thats not really the sites fault. Weve already sorted a way to make it more comfy for our next visit at Christmas. No big deal!"

"We had a really lovely stay over Christmas, feeling like we were home from home. The place was refreshing and cosy. Just a small thing - a larger fridge freezer in the 3-bed cottages would be perfect for storing enough food for self-catering. Otherwise, great experience!"

"We had an excellent wk. Its lovely and quiet and relaxing. Surroundings are lovely and nothing feels rushed.accomodation was brilliant...very clean and well kept. Swimming pool was very good as was the golf pitch and putt. We didnt go fishing but walked and had a look at the lakes and it was so pretty. It's a shame they have got rid of the crazy golf nd I think the childrens play area could be improved as not a lot in there. Overall it was a lovely place to stay."

"Lovely site but accommodation a bit tired and shabby. Staff friendly and helpful especially Angela on reception who sorted out our booking when we arrived as we had added the weekend to our midweek booking with short notice and we had booked 2 different accommodations by mistake with 2 different companies. She sorted it out within 20 mins and we were able to stay in the same bungalow all week."
