Hengar Manor Country Park
Hengar Manor sits in the heart of the glorious Cornish countryside close to the beaches and stunning coastline of North Cornwall. A proud holder of the David Bellamy Silver Award for Conservation the park is superbly situated for exploring the numerous attractions of the area such as the world famous Eden Project.

Fantastic facilities ensure there's something to suit everyone – from swimming and children's clubs to sports and entertainment. Or for the ultimate in relaxation spoil yourself with a sauna, holistic massage treatment or work out in the new mini gym.

Clean and tidy
We hired a static caravan for a weeks holiday with our dog, the caravan was lovely it was clean and had fresh bedding and ample crockery, cutlery, and a good tea pot. The van had a good tv and Dvd player.
We were made very welcome and it was lovely to be able to take our dog in the bar and restaurant on tables 15 to 30. The food is very good and I can recommend the steak and ale pie, it is big and I felt absolutely stuffed when I finished it
The beer is good Cornish Tribute Ale on tap as well as cloudy cider and others.
There is a lovely pool on site and lots of entertainment for all ages, from archery to crazy golf, tennis, and many more family things to do.
We could walk our dog anywhere in the grounds and we cleaned up behind him as requested. (Starter dog bags are supplied.)
There are lakes that can be used for fishing and you can hire rods, reels etc.
Good evening entertainment.
I would recommend this holiday park for all dog owners.
The place is excellent place for group trips ... We felt comfortable and satisfied with the facilities provided ...

Fantastically clean accommodation, well fitted out lovely setting
We absolutely loved the waterside cabin, beautiful location right by the lake and having a hot tub to relax in was fantastic, would definitely recommend!
The lodge was lovely.
Was alot bigger then we expected.
Very clean and warm.
Very well presented.
Hot tub was amazing, kids were in it all the time.
Will definitely rent this type of lodge out again

A fantastic place to go to if you're looking for peace and quiet and a getaway from the smoke and hustle and bustle of city life.
Make sure you drive there though as everything else is miles away.
I would definitely go there again to escape the inner city rush to relax and take in the fresh air of country life.
Found pubic hair in shower room.
Lots of stuff under sofa
Mold in areas
But the cabin was beautiful

Lodge was clean and well equipped. Surroundings are great and it's within easy driving distance to the coast and Wadebridge. It was nice to have the added benefit of the hot tub to relax in after a day of walking. Didnt use many of the other facilities but they looked good. Will be returning next year.
Everything was perfect.
Tintagel Castle is one of the most iconic landmarks in Cornwall and is an excellent place for a family day out. Situated on the stunning Cornish Coast the Castle has a mystical and magical presence and is steeped in historical importance. Indeed the Legend of King Arthur was born right here. The Castle and grounds also provide a home for many species of wildlife as well as some amazing flora and fauna. The site also has a small visitor's centre with souvenir shop and a wonderful Beach Café.
The Eden Project is a fantastic local attraction in Cornwall which will appeal to families and couples. From the moment you step through the entrance it's clear that this is no ordinary attraction. All under one roof you will find a giant rainforest, Horticulture courses, rock climbing, ice skating and an arts cafe. Not all of these activities are on at one time, they are staggered throughout the year so check out the website to see what's available when you plan to visit. Autumn at Eden is very popular with events such as daily apple pressing and Time Changing Tales (story telling with an autumn theme).
Trethrone Leisure Park in Cornwall is a popular choice for a family day out and offers an excellent programme of activities for children all year round. The park has a farm area where younger kids will love feeding the lambs and other friendly animals. Pony rides, a large play area, ball pool; trampolines and crazy golf are also available.
Springfields Fun Park & Pony Centre offers a day full of action and adventure for all the family come rain or shine. If the weather is good then children can take advantage of the vast open space to run around and play, enjoy pony rides, train rides, trampolines and Go-Karts and explore the nature trails. If the weather is not on your side then the huge play barn is the place to head and as climbing frames, slides, ball pool and rope swings as well as a baby and toddler area.
