Modern, spacious accommodation, loads to see and do, a gorgeous beach within three miles – and all from the doorstep of the ‘English Riviera'. Close to Paignton and Torbay, this family friendly holiday village gives you the choice of enjoying an utterly relaxing break or the opportunity to get involved in the many activities on offer. Head to Torbay for the beaches, the watersports and the lively nightlife - or enjoy exploring the scenery further inland towards Dartmoor. The park has its own indoor heated swimming pool and loads of children’s activities, including Waterwalkerz and activity programmes for juniors.

Enjoy a swim or a play in an inflatable canoe in the huge swimming pool and then head for the gym, sauna and steam room. Kids can enjoy water activities like Seascooters and Waterwalkerz, adults can keep fit with Body Zorbs classes and the surrounding area is a cyclist’s dream. Archery, disc golf, crossbow and fencing – it’s all there for you to enjoy! The pub and restaurant on the park both serve good quality bar snacks, lunches and dinners.

The accommodation here comprises a mix of luxury caravans and lodges. The Superior Country Four VIP Platinum has its own outdoor hot tub on private decking where you can sit and enjoy the panoramic countryside views. This delightful lodge has a modern and open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The master double bedroom has an ensuite shower, and there is a separate twin room and family bathroom too.

The South Devon countryside is a beautiful blend of beaches, seaside towns like Brixham, Paignton and Torquay, pretty villages and wonderful countryside. At nearby Paignton, you can visit historic Compton Castle, a medieval fortress set in beautiful, rolling hills and orchards. If you fancy something more strenuous, you’ll find a superb 10m climbing wall at Buckfastleigh and you can try your hand at white water rafting at Ashburton.

Beautiful, modern lodge with good facilities nearby. Handy to have a washing machine for longer stays and the hot tub was welcome in the frosty weather! The lodges are situated very close together therefore lack slightly in privacy and could do with some towel hooks and shelving in the bathrooms however all in all a very enjoyable stay.

Once again had a fab holiday , couldn't of asked for a nicer week , great area and great park and accommodation
Claire
Lovely lodge very comfortable, shame the weather was raining most of the time. The cleaning staff had done a great job and everything needed in the kitchen to make Christmas dinner go well.
Yvonne
On viewing the lodge we originally booked it was nothing like the pictures online - it was an older lodge and very outdated with no view and, in our opinion, not worth the money we paid for a 4 night stay. We went back to the reception and we were offered an upgrade for a reasonable price which we accepted - luckily there had been a cancellation otherwise we would not have been very happy after travelling to Devon from Birmingham for our Christmas vacation. The new accommodation was a stark contrast to the original one and we were very happy with it and the beautiful view and had a lovely stay. The staff were very helpful and very nice.
Natasha
Lovely lodge, amazing hot tub! Great team. Wish the pool had more stuff for kids but they had fun anyway. What a lovely park.
Peter
Great getaway and pool and gym was fantastic thanks x
Catherine
We had a great 4 days at Devon Hills. The cabin was amazing and the added bonus of a hot hub was fantastic.Even though the tempreture outside was 2/3° we used the hot tub every night, pure heaven. Although it didn't bother us some people may think the cabins were a little close together, not much privacy.
Rory
Excellent place, lovely accommodation, great setting, all staff were so helpful, good facilities. Will be booking to go back again next year.
Glen
The only problem we had was that no one informed us that the kitchen was shut on the first two nights of our stay. We had travelled a long way expecting to be able to eat at the pub that was on site. We had not brought any food with us, so ended up going hungry on the first night.
Nigel
Very enjoyable stay over half term. Well equipt and very clean. Location is ideal and only a short distance from the many local attractions. Didn't notice the road noise that others have commented on.
Daniele
Unfortunately the on-site pub was closed for refurbishment for the majority of our stay however there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We did not have time to use the leisure facilities but looked a good size.
Michelle
Lovely stay. Absolutely fabulous accommodation and reasonably priced.

Fun Days Out near Devon Hills

Paignton Zoo - about 0 Miles

Family favourites include the fun and playful Lemurs of Lemur Wood, and the inquisitive and cheeky Monkeys of Monkey Heights. The zoo also aims to educate its visitors and offers regular talks and displays. Other activities include Face Painting, Boat Rides around Gibbon Island and miniature Train Rides. There is also a large Play Area, Restaurant and several Snack Bars.
Woodlands Leisure Park - about 5 Miles
Woodlands in Dartmouth is a fantastic theme park with non stop fun for everyone. It's also home to the UK's biggest indoor venture centre.  Some of the most thrilling rides are the Cyclone Watercoasters, the Sidewinder and The Mighty Twister.  For younger children there is the Golden Bear City - a superb wild west world with a school house, farm and much more.  All ages are catered for here so why not check out their website for the latest events and admission prices?  You can even watch video clips of the park online.
If you are looking for a fun family day out with a difference then a visit to the Hedgehog Hospital is a great choice. While visiting the hospital children can learn about these shy wild animals and the dangers they face in the wild as well as how we can help them. The farm is a halfway house for sick hedgehogs and children can meet some of the animals that are almost ready to go back to the wild. The farm also has a gift shop, a coffee shop and a wildlife garden as well as a pet's area with Rabbits and Guinea Pigs.
