We had an excellent stay at Kingsford Farm Lodges and would highly recommend to others. Ideal for access to Dartmoor and Exeter. The only reason for a score of 9 on location and surroundings was due to the steep access down the single track lanes to the farm, but don't let this put you off as the lodges are lovely and the hot tubs are great. Very peaceful, quiet area.
Me and my partner stayed here for my 30th birthday it was amazing very quite and relaxing with amazing veiw of the lake the owners are amazing and surprised me with a bottle of wine on my birthday we can't wait to book again definitely a place to stay the lodge has everything u need apart from your food
Totally happy with the lodge. We had a wonderful week
My husband & I came here for our anniversary weekend & a quiet break away, we had plans to visit lots of places whilst in Devon but ended up staying at the cabin almost all of the weekend, what an amazing place, so tranquil, the cabin has everything you need, just bring food!
the hot tub at night listening to the wildlife is a must.
We will defiantly be coming back
We loved the hot tub too - rather too much!!
A joy to sit on the veranda in the evenings enjoying each others company.

Gorgeous cabin, all mod cons. Immaculate throughout. Planning a return visit next year.
Loved it we will be back thank you!!
Stayed here for bank holiday weekend...was very relaxing and scenery was picturesque. Lodge was outstanding & hot tub was best ever....will return
Very impressed will be booking again daughter has already booked for October hot tub was superb everything was great can't thought it you need to take all your food and drink with you nearest shop about 15 minutes but not a drama
Great Peaceful location, amazing hot tub!!!!
The lane leading to Farm is a bit narrow in places but we are used to that and
shouldn't put you off.
A Better sign at the front would be good as the Sat nav only takes you so far!!!!
Nice size Timber lodges, everything you need although a Gas BBQ would finish it off.....
lovely place to stay, very peaceful, couple of donkeys, ducks and fish on site, the only downfall for me was the single track roads to get to the accommodation, couple of occasions we had to reverse back due to tractors and horses coming the other way, otherwise great place for a peaceful break
Beautiful place to stay cannot fault it in any way.
A pleasant stay in a very peaceful location.
Lovely peaceful place, to wake up to the sound of birds singing and no traffic noise was wonderful. Hot tub was superb. Lodge has everything needed.
Beautiful quiet location overlooking the lake and trees but so remote no mobile signal! Good Wi-Fi in lodge and great hot tub. Excellent furniture and fittings.
And wonderful hot tub under the stars!
What more do you need?
The only downside to this holiday was the long single track lane leading to it which caused difficulties if meeting another vehicle coming the other way.
