the caravan was great apart from the cleanliness , it wasn't awful but abit more care could have gone into cleaning it, I had to clean it myself the first day .

Great caravan with gorgeous views over the bay. Only downside is the hassle of hiring items having to get a cot ourselves and put it in the caravan ourselves when I'd been told it had already been done before we arrived, also only accept cash deposits when lots of people don't carry that much cash around. Another negative was how dirty the floor was, my one year old was filthy. However it's still a great caravan which was very comfortable.

Good place to stay...stayed after school holidays as a couple so a little quieter. Enjoyed swim in pool every morning but adult only swim was packed..could do with having extra adults only swims esp before & after school hols . Location great..lovely views..Otterton Mill cafe & river walk a mile or so away. Just had coffee on site in morning & that was good esp sitting looking over sea..Van was comfy. Few extra knives & forks would be nice. Would stay again.
