We chose this home as a cheap but cheerful one for an easy to get to break for our daughter and granddaughter. Money was in short supply at the time of booking or we would have splashed out on one of the larger homes........if only to give our daughter her own room.... however the Brynteg Bronze2 was still really nice and it's position near the top of the site was great.
clean, well equipped and comfortable.

Brynteg Gold 2 was an immaculate caravan with plenty of sitting and eating space. It was let down for us by a cramped and ugly master bedroom, a huge chunk of which was taken out by the intrusive shower space.

My Bronze caravan was nicely situated and although it had no central heating, the fire in the lounge soon took any chill away. Beds were all made ready for me and plenty of space in the kitchen.

One little niggle was that there was no lightswitch next to the bed to turn the bedroom light out (unless I was being very stupid), quickly remedied with an impromtu purchase of a desk lamp (which came in handy in other caravan sites I visited on my trip).
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brynteg. The surrounding countryside, location and activities to do were fantastic! The location is easy to find and idealy situated to the Snowdonia area. There are plenty of walks and tracks around offering amazing views. The only downside was that there wasn't Gas central heating. Ours had oil filled radiators. This did not affect us though as the weather was good! Our caravan did not have a hairdryer or Iron in it but you can order one from reception.
Fabulous platinum lodge but should have read the print in the brochure where a lot of the facilities unavailable even though end of June. Not Brynteg's fault but ours. Staff were very helpful and friendly and definitely worth paying the extra for a superior lodge.
Another fabulous break at brynteg. Only points to note were the absence of a shop and the fact that the night we went to the restaurant not everything on the menu was available
Beautiful location with lovely accommodation. We would love to return.
Great weather, good location, good accommodation, could be busy or relaxing
Lovely site for an off peak breakwith a four year old. It was a shame the Restaurant had no chef when we arrived to eat at 7 and we told they didn't know when he would be there. Other than that we had a first class stay. Spa facilities and treatments very good. Able to use sports hall for badminton. Would recommend.
Had a great weeks holiday. We stayed in the Bronze Caravan which I was a bit worried about being the lowest budget caravan. However what a pleasant surprise the caravan was new (which we hadn't expected) with toiletries supplied and very clean. The caravan was small but as it was only two of us that was not a problem. However although two bedrooms and sleeping 4 people I think that it would have seemed too small had there been more than two of us. The staff were excellent and allowed us to get into the caravan early with no hastle when we arrived a little earlier than expected. The site is very quiet and in a great setting. Has two bar's one set up more for families and another being quieter around the on site lake. The location couldn't have been better great activities within a short distance by car such as the train up to the summit of Snowdonia, Bangor, Aber Falls, Zip World and Swallow falls to mention a few. Also great walks from the park itself should you not want to take the car out. Can't recommend highly enough wouldn't consider going anywhere else should we be in the area again. Although might treat ourselves to one of the lodges around the lake which looked lovely.
absolutely great! Site was very posh considering the price of the caravan!
