Van was amazing very clean and lots of items like dvds, slow cooker, table and chairs for our side.

Brynteg Gold 2 was an immaculate caravan with plenty of sitting and eating space. It was let down for us by a cramped and ugly master bedroom, a huge chunk of which was taken out by the intrusive shower space.

My Bronze caravan was nicely situated and although it had no central heating, the fire in the lounge soon took any chill away. Beds were all made ready for me and plenty of space in the kitchen.

One little niggle was that there was no lightswitch next to the bed to turn the bedroom light out (unless I was being very stupid), quickly remedied with an impromtu purchase of a desk lamp (which came in handy in other caravan sites I visited on my trip).

Weather was perfect and the caravan was lovely. North Wales is a stunning, must visit place.
We will definitely be going again.

Very clean and tidy. Essentials provided. No central heating but gas fire in the lounge and small electric heater in each bedroom which took the morning chill off quickly.
Double bedroom was quite small and very little room either side of the bed but enough to get in and collapse after a day exploring the beautiful area.

Our second visit that lived up to the first in every way. A splendid location and convenient 'jumping off' point for some wonderful parts of North Wales

Lovely family break

Brynteg is an excellent location for the whole of North Wales. The lodge we stayed in was very good and served our purposes really well. Just a couple of small points: cord on the window blinds did not meet acceptable safety standards especially in relation to children; would have like bed side lamps in the bedrooms.
Sarah
We stayed here recently in a gold caravan, it was lovely and clean and staff were friendly, scenary is beautiful, the kids loved the pool and park, it's a very quiet park with not so much entertainment evening wise but do have activities during the day, there are some great things to do locally so we used the park as our base and went off to explore, we have booked to go again soon but I will say I did find the prices for school holidays extremely high! Over £1000 for 7 days in a gold is in my opinion unjustifiable considering you spend most days off of the park to entertain the children, great for a quiet break though.
Donald
ecellent site been there several times in the past always had a good holiday

Lovely park, excellent facilities, pleasant staff. Good Go Active programme for the kids.
Pamela
Fantastic place for the kids but also great for adults. Great spa. I loved the lake and the pizza place... Kids did climbing and aeroball..they loved it. Caravan was quite basic ( the bronze, 6 berth). But we have stayed in the silver ones before which was great. I would love to stay in one of the lodges next time.

I came to bryntrg with my baby and mum and dad. After a recommendation from my brother. Who was also on holiday with us and his family. It was an absolutely amazing place and we all had a fabulous time. Everything about the site was perfect from start to finish. We will defiantley be returning to this beautiful place.
Gemma
We had a lovely weekend at Brynteg. The old boathouse is a lovely spot to sit and relax with a drink. The caravan was clean and tidy and essentials provided. The park was lovely and quiet. We did not use the pool but it looked good. So much to do nearby we couldn'the fit it all in 1 weekend. Llanberis is a 5 mins drive away with access to Snowdon and the snowdon railway if needed and a lake and castle. Aber falls are 12 miles (about 20 min drive) away and there is a morissons in Caernarfon is only 12 mins drive away.

Fun Days Out near Brynteg

Greenwood Forest Park - about 2 Miles
This attraction is really something special and has reached the finals of the "Best Family Day Out" category in the National Tourism Awards for Wales.  It's actually the only attraction in North Wales to be shortlisted for this prestigious award. Located in the Snowdonia region there are many rides and activities including Jungle Boat Adventure, Den Building, Green Dragon Roller Caoster, Treetop Towers and the BareFoot Trail.  Kids of all ages will love it here and we think it's excellent value as well.
Ribride - about 3 Miles

An adventure boat company in the heart of Wales. Whether it's adrenaline fueled fun, or a relaxing river tour, you and your family will want to book up with Rib Ride. Ride a 'RIB' boat on the Menai Strait or take a Bear Grylls adventure boat tour. Very highly reviewed on Trip Advisor. Tours for bridges and swells, puffin and seals, castle and islands and more.

Penrhyn Castle - about 6 Miles
Penrhyn Castle is a neo-Norman castle is located in the stunning Gwynedd region of Wales. The castle will appeal to those who enjoy sites of historical interest as well as to families looking to enjoy a fun day out. The Castle is in very good condition and guided tours are on offer. Don't miss a look at the grand hall with its exquisite collection of paintings or the Victorian Kitchen which gives amazing insight into the running of the Castle. Other highlights include the Servants Rooms and the one ton slate bed which was originally made for Queen Victoria.
Glasfryn Activity Parc - about 15 Miles
Glasfryn Activity Parc is an award winning year round attraction with plenty of facilities to keep the whole family happy. Quad Bikes, Archery, Soft Play and even Wakeboarding can all be enjoyed. The site also has a fantastic farm shop, a café and 10 pin bowing complex.
