I took my wife here for a couple of days and it was just superb. the lodge, health club and bar were all top notch and for the price we paid it was excellent value. coming back with friends next year.

A nice quiet park, the owners are very friendly and helpful. Everyhting is very clean too and the lodges are spacious and nicely furnished. Well located for some good days out. Overall a 8 out of 10!

We stayed in a bungalow at Broadland holiday village but we had stayed in one of the lodges previously. Both visits were very enjoyable and the whole site was fantastic. Staff were very helpful, gymnasium and pool were equally as good and the team very professional. We visited the bar and restaurant, again, the staff were excellent and the food and prices were very reasonable. Both the lodge and the bungalow were very well furnished and kitchens very well equiped. We have been made very welcome each time and we are making a return visit next month.

The only one downfall with this park was the restaurant/pub did not allow dogs in which was really disappointing. This meant that we had to drive to a local dog friendly pub which meant one of us had to drive so could not enjoy a drink.
This would most definately put me off returning.

Nice and clean. It had all the basic things in and furniture was comfy. Only problem we had was that none of the doors shut properly so we had to baricade doorways so our toddler stayed out the kitchen and out of the cupboards and away from the hot oven

House was lovely and had everything you needed. Beds were very comfy but the sofa was not. Fine for sitting on for a while but not for curling up to watch a movie

Stayed in bungalow 30, excellent location, comfortable and well equipped. The park is well maintained and staff friendly and helpful, especially Fran and Lynn on reception. Made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Lots to see and do in the area, or just sit on the banks of the broad and watch the world go by. Would definitely return.

Really lovely .Bungalows are very good .The park is situated in a nice location.

We recently spent a week at Broadlands Park and Marina, and had a really lovely holiday. We arrived at the park early and the lady on reception could not have been more pleasant and helpful, and we were able to get into our Bungalow early. Our accommodation was spotlessly clean and well equipped, and all the park was very well maintained. The Quayside Bar and Restaurant serves excellent food at very reasonable prices, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Broadlands and will be returning in the future.

Fun Days Out near Broadland Holiday Village

Pleasurewood Hills Theme Park is an amazing 50 acres area of stunning coastal parkland and is packed with family friendly rides and attractions. This park is an excellent choice for families with children of varied ages as there are a number of small rides for the little ones as well as some adrenaline boosting white knuckle rides for teenagers. As well as rides the site hosts some fantastic shows including the ever popular Sea Lion and Parrot encounters. At Halloween, Christmas and Easter other themed shows can also be enjoyed.  The site also has a good range of places to eat and drink whether you are looking to spend a leisurely hour relaxing with a meal or just grab a quick snack.
Africa Alive - about 3 Miles
Africa Alive is one of Suffolk's largest attractions and one of the most popular in the whole of the UK.  The Africa themed park is very unique and gives visitors the chance to see some amazing creatures in a habitat which is as close to nature as possible. The park can be explored by car and on foot and Hyenas and Giraffes are just some of the animals you will encounter as you make your way around the park. Watch out for the lightning fast Cheetahs and keep your eyes peeled to spot the more reclusive creatures. During a day at Africa Alive there will be plenty of shows and educational talks taking place and if the weather turns then the indoor Adventure Play Ground comes in very handy. The site also has a well stocked Gift Shop and a Discovery Centre.
Bewilderwood - about 19 Miles
Bewilderwood is a fun day out for the whole family located in the Wroxham area of Norfolk.  This imaginative adventure park has won awards and we think kids especially will love the characters and the magical tree houses. You can even book your ticket online and beat the queues by visiting their website where you can also view video clips of the park. This place is also the setting for the book 'A Boggle at BeWILDerwood', by local children's author Tom Blofeld.  Parents are not left out either as you're encouraged to take part and play alongside your children.
