Castle Pren Lodges are stunning lodges with hot tubs in the Powys area of wales.  The countryside views are a real bonus and the location on an actual working farm make these lodges really unique.  Couples, and families with children would love the setting here.

The Eco friendly lodges are just a short drive from the Elan Valley reservoirs and also the famous Brecon Beacons National Park.  If you prefer a stroll then there is picture perfect farmland and Welsh hills right on the doorstep.  Alternatively cycle hire is available on the park - another option to get out and explore this stunning area.

The lodges themselves are bespoke in design, and offer open plan living with stylish decor.  French doors lead out onto lovely decking areas and of course the private outdoor hot tubs.  Imagine relaxing in your own outdoor hot tub taking in the countryside views.  The bedrooms are split into king size doubles and twin rooms although the twin rooms can be made into doubles by arrangement.

For a great day out head to the Small Breeds Farm Park and Owl Centre 13 miles away from the lodges.  It was voted Herefordshire Family Attraction of the Year.

A beautiful lodge. Well furnished and comfy. In a beautiful area of wales, Llanbister.
When we needed help Andrew was very quick to respond and resolve.
My sister and I will definitely book again to discover more places. Although we didn't have the best weather there was no reason to stay at home.

We had a great week. The location is fantastic although of course you need a car. We were looking for somewhere quiet and private and that is what we had. The scenery in this part of Wales is beautiful and this was the case around the Lodge. It is set on a farm with one other lodge. Our dog loved watching the sheep. In fact the only thing we heard on arrival was the sheep. Total silence otherwise. The lodge is spacious and has good facilities. In a perfect world a second bathroom would be nice. The owners were very helpful and of course when you have a holiday with a hot tub on site you have a chance to see them every day. Our only issue on arrival was that we felt the Lodge could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly but this was certainly not a major matter. The tub was fantastic - really spacious with plenty of room for us (two adults, a tall 17 year old and an 11 year old). We have no hesitation in recommending this holiday.

Brilliant lodge
Great lodge! Very clean, modern and spacious. Hot tub & outdoor space was brilliant
The lodge is beautiful, the surroundings are beautiful. Andrew was really helpful and the hot tub was the best! The enclosed garden was great for our toddler and she loved having sheep and cows in the garden! It's a fair drive to anywhere but that's what makes the surroundings so beautiful. Thanks for a great stay, we'd love to come back!
One of the best lodges we have stayed in. Very deceiving as from the picture loos like two lodges close together, but actually just one lodge, that is very spacious. Perfect for getting away from everything and having peace and quiet! Which is just what we did and cannot wait to return! Thank you.
Great family get away relaxing
Had a Fantastic few days away in Wales and stayed in the Castle Oren lodges . We hired out both lodges and was overwhelmed how beautiful and spacious they were . We had three dogs and loads off room in them . Nice and clean warm and bonus at night of amazing hot tub .
Beautiful lodge beautiful place
Excellent holiday , lovely owners. I think it would be better value for money if you were allowed in early rather than late afternoon on arrival.
I've been here previously and it's ideal as study retreat. Clean, comfortable, free of distractions; perfect to study, read, and write. I had a relaxing and productive time.
Fantastic " get away from it all" stay Two new lodges ,spotlessly clean, well equipped . Hot tub overlooking the fields and beautiful countryside"
