Ideally located on the edge of Hastings with stunning sea views and just 15 minute walk from the towns long shingle beach, Shear Barn Holiday Park offers the perfect retreat for exploring the popular South Coast with its rich history and quaint villages.

Old meets new in Hastings, with its blend of contemporary shops cobbled streets and farmers markets.

At Shear Barn Holiday Park you can relax in the bar and restaurant and take in the stunning views of the coast line or use the indoor heated pool throughout the day.

  • A choice of a two and three bedroom holiday homes or two bedroom caravans and lodges.

  • Wi-Fi at cost (£6 for 24 hours, £10 for 3 days, £12 for 4 days, £15 for a week, £25 for 2 weeks and £30 for a month)
  • Kitchen with microwave and fridge/freezer
  • Bath and/or shower
  • Bed linen, duvets and towels
  • Beds made up for your arrival
  • Decking area with furniture
  • Double glazed and centrally heated

    The House Bar - The small pet friendly bar is open daily.

    The Retreat Bar - The main bar is now only open on Saturdays which also means food service on Saturdays

    The main bar and restaurant will be closed on Saturday 30th November for our annual owner’s event. However, there will be a limited menu available from The House Bar.
