Ashlea Pools Lodges have a spectacular location in one of the most beautiful and peaceful parts of south Shropshire and holds the David Bellamy Gold Award for Conservation. The site itself is recommended to couples and families seeking rest and relaxation although outdoor activities are plentiful in the area.
Affording stunning views over the picturesque valleys and rolling hills, these lodges have an exclusive and tranquil feel. Locally the market towns of Ludlow, Church Stretton, Bishop's Castle and historic Shrewsbury are all within easy reach and offer many attractions. Popular day trips include Ironbridge Gorge and Blists Hill Open Air Museum, however many guests simply prefer to sit back and watch the wild birds and waterfowl on the lake.
There are two types of lodge to choose from at Ashlea Pools Lodges. The Mandarin Lodge sleeps 4 and is luxurious and spacious. The Kingfisher Lodge Plus can sleep up to 6 and has two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. The Kingfisher also has a private outdoor hot tub.
