Stylish and modern are two words which best describe these gorgeous lodges in Hambleton, Lancashire. Sunset Park brings together a range of well designed lodges in a countryside setting, really making the most of the Fylde countryside.
Families will love these lodges as there's a children's play area on site as well as a clubhouse with entertainment too. And of course the location is perfect, as just ten minutes away you'll find Blackpool and all the fun attractions there.
Couples too will love the idyllic and relaxing setting of Sunset Park and the fantastic facilities on offer. The fishing lakes are a unique aspect of this park and you can fish on site if you have a NRA licence.
The Oak Lodge sleeps up to 6 and has a luxury interior design and open plan living. The outside decking houses a private hot tub - the icing on the cake! The Mallard Lodge which sleeps 4 is another great choice, offering private hot tub and the added bonus of lake views.

Mandy, Coundon Bishop Auckland
we enjoyed but just needs more entertainment and swimming pool
Mobile was lovely but not really impressed with standard of cleaning pre our arrival. Found items under bed from previous inhabitants. Also items missing from kitchen and broken glass in cupboard.

Pauline, Newton Le Willows
Ideal accommodation for a family with ages ranging from 9 to 70 years.
Lovely clean accommodation. Friendly staff and a nice holiday park.
Paul, Biddulph Stoke.
Fantastic, the lodge does need a more intensive cleaning, e.g. The glass doors in the kitchen, overall though very good.
It was amazing just unfortunate for pricing for 3 days
The lodge was beautiful, it was like being home from home, loved that the porch had a gate so we didn't have to worry about our dog or child getting out. Hot tub was one of our high lights.
Incredible place can't wait to book again
Lovely time nice quiet park
Had a great weekend caravan was lovely. The staff at the puddled duck are amazing and so helpful. I will be booking again.
The Lodge was great, nice and spacious and the holiday park was idea, not to big and not to spall. We only used the hot tub twice, nice and warm even later in the evening and it was serviced every day. The Puddled Duck was OK but did not seem to be very busy most evenings except for 'Bingo Night'.
Superb lodge except for a couple of things.one shower hose was leaking and no plug in the
Kitchen sink. Both of these reported to maintenance man who said they would be fixed but
Beautiful location, lovely holiday home, clean and friendly, helpful staff. Family with two young children, perfect.
Great little place for a quiet holiday and base around the area. Caravan was really nice and clean, modern and new with good facilities.
Restaurant/Pub was very nice, good food and selection of drinks and staff were really friendly and great with the kids on site. Really good interaction with them.
Small park on site was good and occupied the kids for 30 mins - would recommend this for a quieter chilled holiday and base and will be returning.
Relaxed week on this lovely site, very dog friendly. Good location for touring the Blackpool area but not too close to the ‘madness’.
Might have been nice to have a wee shop on site for newspapers but didn’t spoil our holiday.
Loved the park !
Think the decking could of done with a jet wash and a coat of varnish as lots of duck pooh
Lovely lodge and hot tub was amazing !!
Perhaps the children's outdoor park could do with a face lift and a few more things as a lot of Space
Would go again for sure
Staff where very helpful and super friendly. If you do some holiday planning there is plenty to do in this area, Lancaster castle, Blackpool pleasure beach, Lancashire show etc. Shame the pool was out of action but then I'm not sure if would have found the time to use it.
Happy Mount Park has attractions for the whole family including several play areas, a miniature railway, crazy golf, putting green and trampolines, there is also a paddling pool where the little ones can splash around in the summer and a café where the adults can relax with a drink. During the summer months and especially during school holidays live music can often be enjoyed.
Head for the Bowland Wild Boar park and we don't think you will be disappointed. A popular attraction in Preston there is so much to do for the whole family. From picnics, walks and wildlife to experiencing feeding the animals you are sure to have a memorable day out. Also popular is the kids tractor play area. For rest and relaxation the cafe is ideal serving hot drinks and snacks with a lovely view over the pond and wildlife feeding station. The Forest of Bowland has been declared an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
This is an amazing Cumbria attraction well known locally as well as nationally for how close you can get to the animals. Described as the most interactive animal park in Europe it's well worth a visit if you are staying in the area. Open from April to end October some of the highlights are the tigers, penguins, bears, hippos and rhinos. At 2pm during certain seasons it's feeding time so don't forget to plan your day around this so you can watch the animals enjoying their feed. Look out for seasonal events such as Halloween Zoo Boo (free entry for kids in fancy dress) and The Magic of Christmas.
Here at the Wildlife Oasis you can really get up close to the animals and experience a mix of exotic wildlife and hand son displays. See butterflies, birds and even bats flying around. You don't have to plan your visit according to weather either with the tropical hall and butterfly house undercover. Sunny days are ideal for some of the inhabitants however with the monkeys and Lemurs loving to sunbathe. The mission of Lakeland's Wildlife Oasis is to engender and foster an interest and appreciation of the natural world which, in our belief underpins wildlife conservation; and, where possible to contribute and encourage contribution to the conservation of wildlife and wild places. You know that you are helping with this mission if you choose to visit.
