Are the hot tubs cleaned prior to arrival?
Hot tubs are usually drained and emptied at around 10am in the morning which allows them to heat up to the correct temperature for your arival. The one exception being if you're booking a property with a wood-fired tub, which make need to be heated when you arrive. Check the description box on this page for details.
Can children use the hot tub at Winterbourne WFA Lodge?
Its advisable that those under the age of 5 refrain from using hot tubs.
