1. Sykes Cottages – 30% deposit

Who are they? Sykes has been around for 30+ years and has a great online chat to help with any queries you have. They have a huge range of properties with hot tubs including everything from massive converted barns that can sleep up to 10 people to cosy couple’s glamping pods that only sleep 2. (And everything in between).

What’s the offer? You can currently book your holiday at Sykes and only pay a 30% deposit.

How do you get this offer? It’s not immediately apparent when you go to the website that they are running a low-deposit deal but if you search any properties you’ll find the deposit shows up like this:

What’s the small print? The only downside is that you have to book around 6 weeks in advance so if you’re trying to grab something in the short term, you will need to pay the amount in full when you check out.

Who are they? Forest Holidays have been around since 2006 and offer family breaks in some of the UK’s most gorgeous forest locations. From log cabins with hot tubs to wild family adventures, this is a great place to book if you’re looking for a family holiday with plenty of outdoor activities on site.
