Woodland Park Lodges
Situated on the border between Shropshire and Wales, this site has the perfect sense of tranquillity created by its location nestled amongst the idyllic woodland. Each wooden lodge has its own private hot tub and the interior is decorated with comfortable soft furnishings, making it easy to settle in. There is a woodland walk to explore the forest with the kids and is a perfect spot for a picnic.
Ellesmere is only three miles away from this site, where there are lots of exciting activities including kayaking, dinghy sailing and canoeing. A half-an-hour drive to Cholmondeley Castle Gardens is also recommended, where you can explore the 19th Century castle and children can play in the children’s den. Dacre Lakeside Park
This site is situated in East Yorkshire, just north of Hull and near the town of Beverley. This is a beautiful lakeside paradise for a relaxing family holiday, where there is a six-acre lake to stroll around or alternatively explore yourself by hiring a kayak. Each lodge has an incredible lakeside view, which can be enjoyed when soaking in your own personal hot tub on the veranda.
On site there is tennis equipment and cycle hire available for those wanting to partake in some more active holiday fun.
