The UK is arguably one of the most romantic destinations in the world – from its quaint countryside villages just waiting to be discovered to its bustling cities teeming with life and activity, there is something for every couple.
Whether you want to escape everyday life and kick back in a cosy woodland log cabin spending your days sitting by a roaring fire playing board games, or you see yourself getting adventurous and trying new activities on a fun-filled holiday, then look no further.
You may be thinking to yourself why exactly the UK could be considered as a top place for romantic travel, and whilst you may not automatically associate the area with the romance of the Italian countryside or the lazily intimate French ambivalence, this is where you would be wrong.

Even the classically English act of going for a Sunday roast is filled with romance; think about all the love that goes into sharing a king-sized feast with the ones closest to you. So, instead of venturing further afield and flying out the country, save your pennies and explore all the wonderful things the UK has to offer.
