"lodge had everything we needed.

one teeny weeny complaint was there were no sharp knives. there was a knife block but every knife was blunt, couldn't even cut a tomato never mind meat!!"
Jacqueline - Aug 2020

Rob - Mar 2020
"Really enjoyed our Christmas break away only downside was poor signal & wifi"
Jennifer - Dec 2019
"If towels and maybe a nice touch of tea bags were provided then i feel would have been a 10! As we payed for the most expensive lodge i would expect the extra little touches. Was not the lodge we booked but turned out better as even more secluded as nobody in lodge next door."
Verity - Dec 2019
"Comfortable lodge, well equipped but don't forget to take your own towels. Large double spa bath that we found a bit noisy when working so not really that relaxing. One drawback was the location in the park. On a corner at the bottom of the entrance anyone coming into the park had to pass the patio area so we felt there was no privacy when enjoying the space. Nice little pond and waterfall though."
Derek - Nov 2019
"amazing place would highly recommend 5"
Karen - Nov 2019
"Absoloutely wonderful family holiday/honeymoon experience. Perfectly situated between some beautiful market towns, offering great home cooked foods and craft ales."
Nicola - Nov 2019
"Beautiful cabin in equally beautiful surroundings."
Victoria - Oct 2019
"Amazing holiday will definitely be coming back"
Danielle - Oct 2019
"We can't really fault the place. The Lodge was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Our hosts were available but kept themselves to themselves. The location is a little out of the way, but it's close enough to the A1(M) to make it convenient, as well as being well placed for many of the local attractions. Bearing in mind it rained for most of the time we were there, we still had a lovely week."
Paul - Oct 2019
"2nd year running we've been for our anniversary, and enjoyed everything again. The lodge is clean and tidy, the hot tub is maintained daily and everyone is friendly. Thank you Lindale Park"
Pauline - Oct 2019
"Absolutely brilliant would recommend it to anyone who wants a great holiday"
Margaret - Sep 2019
"Lovely lodges in nice surroundings"
Nikki - Sep 2019

Linda - Sep 2019
"Lots of wildlife and quiet. Just what we wanted and there's so many little places to eat and visit within a 10min drive. Many times just decided to stay in the lodge and enjoy the comfort of the hot tub. Such a wonderful place. Will be back again."
Jay - Sep 2019
"Will definitely return"
Christopher - Sep 2019
"Great place for a peaceful holiday"
Kathryn - Aug 2019

Kenneth - Apr 2022
"Great location for Visiting places.Very quiet and relaxing."
John - Apr 2022
"This is a peaceful setting and is a place to get away from the usual hustle and bustle of life. It was an ideal location for our visit which was to walk in the beautiful surroundings that Yorkshire has to offer. Really pleased. Our only downside was that fridge was dated and needed renewal but it still worked fine."
Kristina - Sep 2021
"Lindale Park was lovely and quiet can't fault that, there were no staff so can't really mark them, the one time they were needed we couldn't get hold of anybody because the office was unstaffed and there was very little phone signal. There's was no TV as the nearest mast had apparently burnt down that's fine and we managed but if you were staying for a week with kids you would need it all in all good stay."
William - Sep 2021
"Great holiday, just what we needed- peace & quiet, in a great setting. A short drive to Bedale that has everything you need. Whilst staying we visited friends/family. As well as visiting our favourite attractions with lovely drives into the Dale's & to the Yorkshire coastline."

This is a recommended day out for families with young children visiting the Bedale area of Yorkshire.  Visit the farm and receive a warm welcome as well as a guided tour.  You will have the chance to bottle feed the lambs, bath a pig and handle some of the smaller animals.  Kids will love the big sandpit and the outdoor play area. There is also a cafe and indoor play area for when the weather is not on your side.

Situated in the Ripon area of North Yorkshire this popular theme park makes a fantastic day out for the whole family.  The more daring will love the big and thrilling rides such as Raptor Attack, The Ultimate and Trauma Tower.  For the little ones there are some excellent attractions such as Flying Camels, Dodgems and a Magic Wheel.  Toddlers will like the Dragon Boats and the Lightwater Express amongst other things. There are over 40 rides and attractions in total and we think this is excellent value for money too.  If you book your tickets in advance online you can save even more money and beat the queues.
