"The lodge is beautiful and is done to a really high standard. It has everything you'd need for your stay. The bed was comfy, and there are extra blankets if you get cold. The lounge space is nice and open, the kitchen is a great space too, fitted with a dishwasher as well as the usual white goods, microwave etc. It has everything youd need. The garden is lovely, and the hotub is private too. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone and we will definitely be back."

Only problem is mobile phone connection in the area is not great (I'm on Vodafone), however, the owners have no control over this."

"Lovely log cabin with good facilities, epuipt with crockery, cutlery, salt and pepper, tea and coffee, washing up liquid and toilet roll. Had a lovely handmade slice of cake on arrival. Hired a high chair which was perfect my my little one and was very clean. Owners are very eco friendly and encourage recycling. Beautiful views and my daughter enjoyed watching the farm animals. Very peaceful break. Would have been even more awesome if there was a parasol over the outdoor hot tub, a few more towels and robes and slippers too."

"Amazing lodges and amazing hosts. The lodges are so well kept and so clean. They're laid out perfectly too so nobody is overlooking each other. Each terrace and hot tub feels very private. Laura and Gary have thought of everything and were so helpful. I must also mention that I highly recommend the "meal for 2" which is also available on site. I ordered a few of these for myself and the other couples we were staying with and they went down a storm! They're all homemade, really tasty and such good value for many. It's not often I leave reviews, however due to having such a great weekend which was faultless I simply have to! : )"
