"Amazing place for me and my family. As a large group (8 adults with 4 children) we often find staying in hotels means we spend time apart when away together for the weekend. Whilst looking for somewhere to stay it can be tough to find anywhere with enough space for us all but to say this was perfect for us would be an understatement! Enough space for us to spread out or all be together if we wanted, plenty of room for the children to roam about and play and with the gate closing off to the area we were staying meant we didnt have to worry if they wanted to wader between the cabins. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future for as long as we can with our growing families."

"In the double bedroom there was a very large tv on the wall which really got in the way getting in and out from the wardrobe area also the bunkbed room was a tight squeeze as already mentioned for a couple of nights it was fine but wouldn't want to stay in it for longer. The rest of the lodge was great fully fitted kitchen including washer and dishwasher dining area and a lovely cosy room. The hot tub area was clean and tidy and the temperature of the tub was lovely. Stargazing as the sky was very clear with a full moon"

"After reading some reviews before our trip I was really worried. Apart from a few things that needed updating we had no problems. The lodges were clean and had everything we needed, we all had a great time and no complaints. We have already booked again for next year and really looking forward to it"

"Beautiful lodge, clean and tidy. Hot tub was ready for us arriving which was an added bonus. The lodge had its own parking space which was perfect! Kitchen comes with everything we needed including a washer/dryer, and a dishwasher. No complaints or issues"

"This is a lovely little site I would say it was perfect for people looking for a relaxing break. There is nothing in the way of entertainment for people who are looking to bring children. There is a brilliant little beach not far away called Fraisthorpe beach perfect to bring the dog they are allowed on all year round there is also a lovely little take away cafe next to the beach. Bridlington is also not to far away about a 5 minute drive. The lodge its self was nice could of done with a lick of paint as it did look a bit old and tired from the outside. We were right on the lake and it was a beautiful view to have. All in all it was ok for a short break could possibly get bored if you stayed for longer then a week. Scarborough and Filey are a short drive away"
