UK holidays have never been so popular as people plan to holiday closer to home. While uncertainty remains many are choosing not to travel on planes and see the UK as a lower risk travel option. With this year going down in history it’s time to create the best memories you can!
The combination of lakes, woodlands, mountains and coastal areas means there are a huge choice of stunning holiday destinations at home. Whether you choose England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland the “staycation” is most definitely back!
Once the decision to holidaying at home is made thoughts might turn to the type of holiday you would like. Are you thinking lively holiday park or secluded lodge location? Maybe an idyllic cottage in the country tickles your fancy! Or do you want to be close to the beach in a coastal holiday home?
Lodges with Hot Tubs
Lodge holidays are a brilliant option if you want a change of scenery but are still cautious about mixing with lots of people. You have complete freedom to be as isolated as you choose with many parks offering contactless check in. There are fantastic outdoor attractions around the UK so you can spend your time exploring or relaxing as you choose.
If you’re feeling more social some resorts are opening their bars and restaurants in line with government guidelines and you’ll be able to enjoy a meal out or a drink at the bar. If this sounds like your kind of holiday look out for lodges on holiday parks with more communal facilities.
Having a private hot tub means you have somewhere to chill our and relax in style and make the most of spending quality time with your loved ones. If you have younger children you might like to choose a lodge with plenty of open space around so they can run around and play. Communal facilities such as play parks and swimming pools are not yet guaranteed to be open so if you can choose a lodge with space to play that would be ideal.
Cottages with Hot Tubs
Sometimes a lodge might not fit the bill. You might be looking for something in the heart of a village within walking distance to amenities and can’t find a lodge that offers the location you are looking for. You might be a large family and need something bigger so the whole family can stay in one place. Don’t worry, we have plenty of brilliant cottages to choose from! Cottages with hot tubs offer even more luxury and can really make magical holiday memories. With quaint, cosy and traditional cottages available in some of the country’s most beautiful settings you’ll be spoiled for choice.
