The hot tub is the icing on the cake and you’ll love this area where you can reach Ulverston just 6 miles away from the cottage.  Ulverston has a street market every Tuesday and Saturday and is a lovely place for browsing.  This ancient market town still retains an authentic feel which is wonderful. One recent guest of Bluebell Cottage admired the “stunning views from the bedrooms” and loved that there was “a hot tub in the garden to top it off! “.

If you want a cosy getaway for 2 then check out The Lodge near Newby Bridge. This lovely cottage comes with a private hot tub as well as being just a ten minute walk from the local pub. The cottage is detached and enjoys beautiful surroundings.  It’s also pet friendly so you could bring your four legged friend too!

We love Thornyfield Cottage if you are looking for something full of charm and character. The wooden beams and woodburner in this Grade II listed property are lovely. Bowness and Windermere sits just 4 miles away so the location is perfect for exploring.

For a unique and memorable stay in the Lake District then take a look at High Rigg Shepherd’s Retreat. This picture perfect shepherd’s hut is on the edge of Brampton and comes with a hot tub and amazing views. Carlisle is just over 8 miles away for when you want a piece of the action.
