Although a place for relaxing you can also enjoy many activities in the local area including surfing, hand gliding, golf and BMX and Dirt Jumping.  Walking and cycling are more sedate but no less enjoyable alternatives.  The nearby mineral tarnway is a long cycle path stretching all the way to the south coast.  Tehidy Country Park is also right on the doorstep with a massive 250 acres of woodland to explore.

After a day of pampering or activities The Terrace restaurant offers a tasty meal.  With stunning sea views you can enjoy alfresco dining.  The menu is packed with fresh and local produce with a Mediterranean style.  There is a children’s play area not far from the terrace so children can run off some energy while adults have some time to relax.
