The Property

The cottage boasts a large, secure garden equipped with outdoor seating and BBQ facilities. The hot tub is well placed for guests to enjoy the spectacular views. Inside, the property features a spacious boot room, an indoor dog room and additional outside secure kennel space for pets. Cyclists will appreciate the lockable bike store with floor-mounted racks for up to 8 bicycles, making High Park an ideal base for exploring North Yorkshire.

Upon entering High Park, guests are immediately struck by the exquisite interiors, adorned in soothing Farrow & Ball colours and the generous communal spaces, including a beautiful cottage kitchen table. The kitchen, with its dreamy AGA, is a haven for any cook. The spacious and extremely comfortable living area, boasting a smart TV and an open fire, offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside.

The property accommodates up to 8 guests in its four enchanting bedrooms, complemented by an upstairs bathroom suite and a separate downstairs shower room and WC. Ample parking is available beside the property.

History of High Park

High Park’s rich history is evident in every corner, lovingly restored by owner Rachael and her family. Having been an integral part of their family since 1903, the farmhouse exudes a profound sense of familial heritage.

Please note that High Park is situated on a working farm, so farm machinery may be present around the property at certain times of the year.
