Relax at Haviland Cottage

Switch off from the hustle and bustle of daily life as you enter the grounds through a private terrace.  A real highlight tucked behind the old stone walls is a secluded area with a 6 seater hot tub – the perfect place to relax and unwind.  Beyond the terrace is a secret garden with wild flowers and established trees.

Haviland Cottage has been lovingly restored and recently renovated – this can be seen as soon as you enter, from the Italian limestone flooring to the plantation shutters.  The kitchen is well laid out to socialise with family and friends and you’ll find this well equipped for your stay.  There is also a sunny bright dining room to enjoy relaxing meals together.  Air conditioning has recently been installed in the kitchen and conservatory area.

We love the mod cons this cottage has to offer including an American style fridge freezer to keep your drinks cold in the summer.

In the colder weather you will find the snug ideal to cosy up in after autumnal or winter walks.  It’s also a lovely place to read a book or enjoy a glass of wine.

The spacious lounge houses a Smart TV and DVD/Blu Ray player.  This is a stylish place to spend time with love ones, relaxing and discussing the day’s adventures.  In the colder months you can make the most of the fabulous wood burner.

A big bonus is a fantastic under floor heating which covers the whole of the ground floor of the property.

Bedrooms at Haviland Cottage

Here you will find 4 luxury bedroom suites.  On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms:-

• One double with en-suite shower and WC
• One king size with views over the front garden
• One grand four-poster king-size and opposite the main bathroom with bath and WC.

On the ground floor there is a further single bedroom which has direct access to the lovely gardens.

Al Fresco Dining

Of course holidays are about enjoying yourself and there is a no better place to enjoy a relaxing drink and BBQ with friends than the delightful Al fresco dining and BBQ area.

Al fresco dining is a must here, with a terrace in the front and back garden and a gas fired BBQ to chef up burgers, sausages and other BBQ favourites!
