White Cross Bay
On White Cross Bay itself there is so much to do! It’s a luxury resort very much geared towards families and couples. For the little ones there are play areas and even children’s entertainment in peak season.
One of the highlights of being on this park is access to the swimming pool, gym and sauna which are included in the temporary leisure pass. Other facilities include the play areas, multi-sports area and the boat house eatery.
Eating and Drinking
The cafe, bar and restaurant are perfect to have close by so you don’t have to venture far for a delicious meal or relaxing drink when you don’t feel like cooking.
Just 2 miles away you’ll find plenty of amenities in Windermere such as watersports, lake cruises, great walks, cafes, pubs, restaurants and attractions.
How to get here
If you’re taking the car there is free parking. White Cross Bay is also ideal to get to using public transport. You could take the train to Windermere and you’ll just be a ten minute taxi ride away from the park. The local bus service is also an option and stops right outside.
Out and About
The local area has much to offer. Just a few of our favourite days out you could try while staying at Lily Lodge include Beatrix Potter World, Lakes Aquarium, the Lakeside Steam Railway and the Windermere Lake Cruises.
