"The lodge was exactly as described.Very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay.Our only issue was the bed, there was springs digging into our body and the pillows were very flat. Other reviews had also mentioned this.The resident Dog Bob was very friendly and welcomed us back after a walk, he looked so excited to see us and get a cuddle.I'd definitely go back."

"The holiday itself was spectacular, it would be perfect for couples. Location is perfect as the lodges are situated amongst the hills in an almost valley location which honestly was breath taking. The hot tub was nice and warm, beautiful horses walking past in the neighbouring fields."

"We stayed in the birch lodge and it was overall really good. It had everything you needed inside etc and had seating outside along with the hot tub. Only thing I would be critical with is the hot tub not being covered. We had really nice weather on the first night we were there and got full use of the hot tub but the second night we had terrible rain, resulting in us using the hot tub cover as shelter. I think it would be good investment to build covers over the hot tubs as we noticed the other 2 lodges didnt use theirs due to the weather"
