"I originally paid for a lodge with hot tub, which was double booked, Iwas told the cabin would be equivalent except no hot tub, what i got was a shack for the same price as a lodge with hot tub."

"Awful awful awful. Chalet 96 was mouldy, it smelt so bad and it was so tiny. Freezing cold. Broken tiles, floor coming apart. No space for more than 1 person. I left after fifteen mins and got a refund. There was no way my child was going to sleep there"

"Great little cabin with plenty of space for a family. Good kitchen facilities. Lovely extra touches like tea bags, sugar, oil and some toiletries available on arrival. Things for beach visits left in the cabin for use.Lovely decor."

"The accommodation was very small for 4 people and was not a comfortable place to spend time. There were 4 seats in a row in the very small living space which made you feel that you were sat in a doctors waiting room. The interior of the fridge whilst clean was stained yellow and it looked very old. The whole place had a musty smell and we were forced to have the windows open to let in fresh air. There is no path from the parking area to the chalet so you have to walk over the wet grass. The chalet was clean but in dire need of an update to meet modern standards, it felt like something from a 70s holiday camp."

"Awful.. moth infestation, dirty fridge, mould in bathroom. Broken shower (this was fixed when roported) Filthy under sofa. Blocked hoover with grass and pet hair.."

"Loved the location of the chalet upon the park & was equipped with everything we needed.Only complaint was a bar of soap left within the shower & used hand-wash bottles on the bathroom sink. Hence only a Good for cleanliness & not an excellent!"

"Smelt musty , light clean at best prior to arrival, fridge not switched on or cleaned prior to arrival. Broken tv, broken radiator, broken toilet seat, list given to staff nothing addressed. No response to calls when out of hours wardens called due to electricity tripping. No information re things to do nearby or where things (such as fuse box) were in chalet."

"Very comfortable beds all made up ready. Loads of towels as well, the only thing missing was the bathmat for when you came out of the shower, made the floor a little bit slippery. TV with freeview, microwave, cooker and fridge with small freezer compartment"

"Whilst its a compact cabin, it had what we needed to enjoy our stay. Kitchen had a toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge and oven/grill. Tv was smaller than used to, but signal good. Rooms were clean and beds made on arrival with fresh towells. Electric shower which was sufficient. Heating was via an electric oil heater, which was needed due to the time of year. We brought hot water bottles which we needed."
